Description
도 2는 1 또는 2의 평행 2변을 갖는 사변형 단면 성형품의 평탄부 함몰량 및 코너의 곡률 반경(R)의 정의를 나타내는 설명도이다.
도 3은 편측 스폿 용접이 문제가 되는 상태를 나타내는 설명도이다.
도 4는 최고 내압의 하한과 인장 강도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.
도 5는 스폿 용접 실험의 실험 방법을 나타내는 설명도이다.
도 6은 둘레 길이 증가율의 하한과 인장 강도의 관계를 나타내는 그래프이다.

- 인장 강도 840MPa 이상의 관재에, 내압을 부하하지 않은 상태 또는 액체에 의해 50MPa 이하의 내압을 부하한 상태에서, 적어도 하나의 면이 평탄부를 갖는 이형 단면 금형으로 압쇄 가공을 행하고, 이어서 상기 액체에 의해 최고 내압이, 50MPa 초과인 내압을 부하하여, 상기 관재를, 평탄부 함몰량이 0.5mm이하이고, 코너의 곡률반경(R)이 10 mm이하인 이형 단면 형상으로 성형함에 있어서, 성형 후의 둘레 길이 증가율이 하기 A% 이상 11.0% 이하가 되도록 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 단면 성형 방법.

A : 둘레 길이 증가율의 하한(%), TS : 관재의 인장 강도(MPa) - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 압쇄 가공 후의 내압 부하와 함께, 관단에 관축 방향의 압축력을 부하하여 관단을 관축 방향 중앙측으로 압입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이형 단면 성형 방법. - 삭제
