- 육상 또는 해상 전용장비(10)에 수직방향으로 설치되는 리더(11)와, 상기 리더(11)를 따라서 승하강하되 구동수단에 의해서 회전하면서 지중으로 관입 또는 인발하기 위한 로드(12)와, 상기 로드(12)의 하단에 설치되는 교반날개(13)와, 상기 로드(12)의 내부로 고화제(A)를 공급하여 로드(12)의 하부 또는 교반날개(13)의 일측으로 고화제(A)를 분사시키기 위한 고화제 공급플랜트(200)로 이루어지는 심층혼합처리장비에 있어서,
상기 로드(12)의 상부 일측에는 고화제 개폐밸브(100)가 마련되고, 상기 고화제 개폐밸브(100)의 일측에는 상기 고화제 공급플랜트(200)가 연결되며, 상기 고화제 개폐밸브(100)의 타측에는 강화 고화제(B)를 공급하기 위한 강화 고화제 공급플랜트(300)가 연결되도록 이루어지되,
상기 고화제 개폐밸브(100)는 상기 로드(12)가 설계 심도까지 관입한 후 인발할 경우에는 고화제(A)가 로드(12)의 내부로 공급하도록 개방한 후 강화 고화제(B)를 차단하고, 반대로 인발하는 상기 로드(12)가 일정심도에 위치할 경우 고화제(A)를 차단한 후 강화 고화제(B)가 로드(12)의 내부로 공급하도록 개방하며,
상기 고화제 공급플랜트(200)는 고화제 저장탱크(210)와, 상기 고화제 저장탱크(210)와 연결되는 교반기(220)와, 상기 교반기(220)와 연결되어 고화제(A)를 상기 고화제 개폐밸브(100)로 공급하기 위한 펌프(230)로 구성하고,
상기 강화 고화제 공급플랜트(300)는 강화 고화제 저장탱크(310)와, 상기 강화 고화제 저장탱크(310)와 연결되는 교반기(320)와, 상기 교반기(320)와 연결되어 강화 고화제(B)를 상기 고화제 개폐밸브(100)로 공급하기 위한 펌프(330)로 구성하며,
상기 강화 고화제(B)는 시멘트, 코크스, 생석회, 플라이애시, 무수석고, 골재, 모래, 고로 슬래그 또는 이들 중 어느 하나 이상을 포함하고, 상기 교반날개(13)는 평면상태에서 보았을 때 상기 로드(12)를 중심으로 적어도 두 개 이상이 방사상으로 형성하되, 상기 교반날개(13)는 평면상태에서 보았을 때 일측은 길고 타측은 일측보다 더 짧게 제작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표층 및 취약심도 강화 심층혼합처리장비. - 삭제
