펄 감을 가지는 합성수지 장식시트 제조방법에 있어서,
장식시트 기재 투명 수지 필름을 준비하는 공정,
수지 35 내지 60 중량%, 펄 안료 1.5 내지 3 중량%, 계면활성제와 소포제, 항산화제 및 자외선 차단제로 구성된 첨가제 0.1-2.0 중량% 및 용제 35 내지 60 중량%로 구성된 펄 안료 조성물을 준비하는 공정,
상기 기재 투명 수지 필름상에 상기 펄 안료 조성물을 표면 조각 형상이 5각형 내지 8각형이고 15 내지 25 메쉬 크기의 그라비아 인쇄 도포 롤러로 도포하는 공정,
상기 펄 안료 조성물이 도포된 기재 투명 수지 필름을 건조로에서 반건조하는 공정,
상기 반 건조된 기재 투명 수지 필름과 상지 투명 수지 필름을 압동 롤러로 압착하여 합지하는 공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 펄 감을 가지는 합성수지 장식시트의 제조방법.
