Description

적외선 반사 안료를 함유한 태양광 반사 도막 {Paint coat for reflecting solar light comprising infrared-reflecting pigments}Paint coat for reflecting solar light comprising infrared-reflecting pigments}

The present invention relates to a solar reflective coating film that can be applied to a vehicle such as an automobile so that it is hard to be exposed when the coating film is peeled off, thereby increasing the commerciality.

(도 2) As part of the recent CO 2 reduction measures, active research is being conducted on technologies to reduce fuel consumption by using air conditioners by providing solar reflection function to automotive paints to prevent heat from flowing into the vehicle. In particular, in the case of the black color that generates a lot of heat generated by sunlight, the temperature rise is large due to infrared absorption by the carbon black pigment in the base layer in the case of general paints (FIG. 1). In the middle, a technique of reducing temperature rise by reflecting sunlight by applying a white color containing TiO 2 is being studied. (Fig. 2)

However, in the field environment, when the coating film is peeled off due to chipping or impact on the tip of the vehicle, the white midway is exposed to the outside and the peeling part is easily visible.

Therefore, in the case of a dark-colored vehicle, such as a black color, there is a great need to prevent such intermediate colors from being easily exposed.

Accordingly, the present inventors have studied to solve the problems of the prior art, by mixing the infrared reflecting pigment of the black color in the middle of the white by changing the color to dark gray while maintaining the existing solar reflection function as the exposure The present invention has been completed by discovering that visibility can be reduced.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a solar reflective coating film which can reduce the visibility of exposure during chipping or impact while maintaining existing physical properties such as coating appearance, adhesion, impact resistance, and water resistance.

The present invention for achieving the above object

In the solar reflection coating film laminated | stacked in order of the intermediate | middle layer, a base layer, and a clear layer, it provides the solar reflection coating film characterized by including an iron oxide type pigment in the said intermediate layer.

The solar reflective coating according to the present invention can be used without changing the main resin of the existing white midway, and the solar reflectance of the finished coating can be maintained at the same level as the existing coating, and at the same time the coating by chipping and external impact When peeling, since the dark gray color is exposed to the middle, the visibility may be reduced, and thus the merchandise may be improved.

As can be seen from the results of Table 2, it can be seen that in the general physical properties according to the present invention, only the conventional white pigment (TiO 2) is used as the intermediate pigment. In addition, the solar reflective coating according to the present invention can be expected to be less cyan when chipping by mixing the iron oxide-based solar reflective pigments in addition to the white pigment in the intermediate layer. Therefore, there is an advantage that can be improved accordingly.
