Claims (9)
- 부하를 통하여 흐르는 전류를 측정하는 회로에 있어서,제1 말단 및 제2 말단 사이에 제1 도선(11), 제2 도선(12) 및 차폐재(shield)(2)를 구비하여, 상기 도선들은 상기 제1 말단에서 부하(3)에 연결될 수 있으며, 상기 제2 말단에서 발생기(19)에 연결될 수 있으며, 상기 차폐재는 상기 제1 말단에서 그라운드(ground)에 연결되지 않는 케이블;적어도 제1 권선, 제2 권선 및 제3 권선(31 내지 33)을 구비하고, 상기 제1 권선은 상기 케이블의 상기 제2 말단의 도선에 연결되며, 상기 제2 권선은 그라운드(ground)와 상기 케이블의 상기 제2 말단의 상기 차폐재 사이에 연결되며, 상기 제3 권선은 전류 측정 장치(14)에 연결될 수 있는 변압기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전류를 측정하는 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제3 권선(33)의 단자들에 연결되는 전류 측정 장치(14)를 포함하는 전류 측정 회로.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전류 측정 장치(14)는 RC 회로인 전류 측정 회로.
- 제3항의 전류 측정 회로;상기 케이블(1)의 상기 제2 말단에서 상기 제1 도선(11) 및 제2 도선(12)에 연결되고, 상기 제1 도선 및 제2 도선에 1MHz 이상의 주파수를 가지는 공급 전압을 공급할 수 있는 발생기(19)에 있어서, 상기 발생기(19)는 상기 측정 장치에 연결되어 상기 측정 장치로부터 제공되는 신호의 함수에 의하여 상기 공급 전압의 주파수를 수정하는 주파수 제어 회로를 포함하는 발생기(19)를 포함하는 부하에 전력을 공급하는 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 제1 권선(31)이 상기 발생기의 고전압 출력단 및 상기 제1 도선(11) 사이에 연결되는 전력 공급 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 제1 권선(31) 및 제2 권선(32)이 반대 방향으로 감기는 전력 공급 장치.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 차폐재(2) 및 상기 제2 말단의 상기 제2 도선(12) 사이에 연결되는 저항(17, 18)을 포함하는 전력 공급 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 차폐재 및 상기 제2 말단의 상기 제2 도선 사이에 연결되는 능동소자를 포함하는 전력 공급 장치.
- 제4항에 의한 장치; 및1MHz 이상의 공진 주파수를 가지며, 상기 케이블의 도선들에 제1 말단에서 연결되며, 두 개의 전극들을 포함하여 상기 발생기가 그 공급 전압을 전달할 때 상기 두 개의 전극들 사이에서 플라즈마를 발생시킬 수 있는 부하를 포함하는 플라즈마 발생 시스템.
