Hereinafter, with reference to Figures 1 and 2 will be described in detail with respect to the constituent members and the connection relationship of each of the lower heating device (1) for ship deck according to an embodiment of the present invention.

Here, the housing member 10 is a component installed to be described later to be charged and serves to form the overall appearance of the lower heating device (1) for the ship deck, the filling space (11) is formed inside and a plurality of the lower surface The fastening hole 12 is formed and the upper surface is formed open.

Such a housing member 10 may be formed in a rectangular housing shape of various sizes, the side wall of a predetermined height protrudes in the vertical direction around the four sides so that the filling space 11 can be formed. The above fastening hole 12 has a lower end of the fixing bolt welded and fixed to the lower surface of the deck on which the lower heating device 1 for the deck of the ship is installed to protrude and be fastened with the fixing nut at the lower surface of the housing member 10. It is to play a role. At this time, the above-described fastening hole 12 is not formed on the side where the heating cable 30 is arranged. In addition, the aforementioned connection hole 13 serves to allow the connection cable 51 connected to the controller 50 to be described later to be introduced into the housing member 10.

The heat insulating member 20 is filled in the filling space 11 of the housing member 10 as described above. The heat insulating member 20 has heat radiated from the heating cable 30 toward the lower side of the ship rather than in the direction of the deck of the ship. It is to prevent the fall. That is, the above-described heat insulating member 20 is to prevent the heat from escaping to the bottom and to diverge only in the direction of the deck of the top to increase the overall heat efficiency. It is preferable that a heat insulating material is used. At this time, it is preferable that the upper surface of the heat insulating member 20 in direct contact with the heating cable 30 is fireproofed so that a fire is not generated by the heat emitted.

On the other hand, the heating cable 30 is arranged on the heat insulating member 20 filled in the above-mentioned charging space 11 to generate heat, and the heating cable 30 generates heat by itself by the power supply of the controller 50. As a result, the deck of the ship serves to transfer heat to prevent freezing.

The heating cable 30 is such that the heating cable 30 according to the prior art is used, and the heating groove 30 corresponding to the arrangement of the heating cable 30 on the heat insulating member 20 in which the heating cable 30 is arranged and seated ( Not shown) may be formed, and if a refractory treatment is not performed, a separate refractory film may be interposed.

In addition, a fixing member 40 is provided on the heating cable 30 seated and arranged on the above-described heat insulating member 20. The fixing member 40 fixes the heating cable 30 on the heat insulating member 20. It is to play a role. The fixing member 40 is an aluminum tape according to the prior art, so that the shape of the heating cable 30 seated and arranged on the heat insulating member 20 is closely attached without being spaced apart.

On the other hand, the controller 50 is installed on the outside of the above-mentioned housing member 10, the controller 50 is electrically connected by the above-mentioned heating cable 30 and the connecting cable 51 of the heating cable 30 It controls the heat generation and power supply. Such a controller 50 is to be installed on the railing side of the ship deck, one per three enclosure members 10, as shown in FIG. In this case, the heating cable 30 arranged in each housing member 10 may be designed to be connected to each other, so that heat and power supply may be controlled through one controller 50, and a temperature sensor is added to the controller 50. The power supply is made to the heating cable 30 at a predetermined temperature or less, and may be configured such that the power supply is cut off at a predetermined temperature.

Hereinafter, with reference to Figure 3 will be described in detail the overall installation method of the lower heating device (1) for ship deck according to an embodiment of the present invention.

First, the heat insulating member 20 is filled in the filling space 11 of the housing member 10 and the heating cable 30 is arranged on the top of the filled heat insulating member 20. Then, the fixing member 40 is attached to fix the heating cable 30 on the heat insulating member 20.

Then, the connection cable 51 connected to the controller 50 is inserted into the connection hole 13 formed at one side of the housing member 10 to be electrically connected to the heating cable 30.

Then, a fixing bolt welded and fixed in the vertical direction to the lower surface of the corridor to be heated is inserted such that its lower end protrudes through the fastening hole 12, and the lower end of the fixing bolt protruding through the fastening hole 12 is fixed nut. Fasten firmly using.

In this way, the lower deck heating device 1 for the ship deck is installed on the entire lower surface of the corridor, and the controller 50 controls the heat generation and power supply.

On the other hand, Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view of the lower heating device for ship deck according to another embodiment of the present invention, Figure 5 is another cross-sectional view of the lower heating device for a ship deck according to another embodiment of the present invention.

An air layer 60 is formed between the lower surface of the ship deck and the upper surface of the lower heating device 1 for the ship deck, that is, the heat insulating member 20, and the air layer 60 is configured to cool the internal air by the external cold air. It acts as a thermal barrier to prevent it from being taken away. As shown in FIG. 4, the air diffusion layer 60 may be additionally filled with a heat diffusion member 80 corresponding to its shape, and the heat diffusion member 80 quickly heats the heating cable 30 toward the ship deck. It will play a role.

In the section in which the heating cable 30 is not arranged in the above-described heat insulating member 20, as shown in FIG. 5, the air layer 60 is increased so that the downward concave valley 70 is further increased to increase the effect of heat insulation. In this case, the heat spreading member 80 is formed in a shape corresponding thereto to be charged to serve to quickly transfer the heat of the heating cable 30 to the ship deck.
