Claims (15)
- a) 마그네슘 할라이드 화합물을 탄화수소 용매 및 알코올과 반응시킨 후 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 1,2-프탈로일 디클로라이드를 첨가하여 마그네슘 화합물 용액을 준비하는 단계;b) 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소 용매와 방향족 탄화수소 용매를 혼합시켜 혼합용매를 제조하고, 제조된 혼합용매에 티타늄 화합물을 분산시킨 후 상기 준비한 마그네슘 화합물 용액과 반응시키고 가열하여 담지체를 생성하는 단계;c) 상기 생성한 담지체를 티타늄 화합물 및 전자공여체와 반응시켜서 고체 생성물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하고,상기 알코올은 상기 마그네슘 할라이드 화합물 1몰에 대하여 2 ~ 6몰 범위 내의 비율로 반응하는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.[화학식 1](상기 화학식 1에서, R1, R2, R3 및 R4는 각각 수소, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알킬기이다.)
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1의 R1, R2, R3 및 R4 중 하나 이상은 각각 페닐기 또는 시클로펜타다이엔기를 포함하는 탄소수 1 내지 12의 탄화수소 화합물인 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1의 R1, R2, R3 및 R4 중 하나 이상은 각각 인, 규소, 황, 또는 질소를 포함하는 탄소수 1 내지 12의 탄화수소 화합물인 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 a) 단계에서, 1,2-프탈로일 디클로라이드의 첨가량은 상기 마그네슘 할라이드 화합물 1몰에 대하여 0.01 ~ 1몰 범위 내의 비율로 첨가되는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소 용매는 할로겐 및 산소 원자를 포함하지 않는 탄소수 5 ~ 13의 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소 용매이고,상기 방향족 탄화수소 용매는 할로겐 및 산소 원자를 포함하지 않는 탄소수 6 ~ 10의 방향족 탄화수소 용매인 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소 용매와 상기 방향족 탄화수소 용매는,상기 방향족 탄화수소 용매의 몰비에 대하여 상기 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소 용매의 몰비가 0.1 ~ 8몰 범위 내의 비율로 혼합된 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 티타늄 화합물이 분산된 혼합용매를 상기 준비한 마그네슘 화합물 용액과 반응시키는 것은,상기 혼합용매가 -50 ~ 20℃ 온도범위에서 반응시키는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계는 상기 마그네슘 화합물 용액과 반응시킨 후 60 ~ 130℃ 온도 범위에서 1 ~ 3시간 동안 가열시키고, 20 ~ 120℃ 범위 내의 온도에서 방향족 탄화수소 용매로 1 ~ 10회 세정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 b) 단계에서, 상기 티타늄 화합물은 상기 알코올 1몰에 대하여 1 ~ 10몰 범위 내의 비율로 분산시키는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 담지체와 상기 티타늄 화합물 및 전자공여체의 반응은, 2회 이상 반복되는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 c) 단계에서, 상기 전자공여체는 상기 마그네슘 화합물 1몰에 대하여 0.02 ~ 1몰 범위 내의 비율로 반응하는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조된 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매.
- 제1항, 제3항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조된 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매를 이용하여 폴리프로필렌을 중합하는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서,상기 1,2-프탈로일 디클로라이드 또는 상기 전자공여체의 반응양을 조절해서 폴리프로필렌의 중합활성 또는 입체규칙성을 조절하는 것이 특징인 폴리프로필렌의 제조방법.
