Claims (12)
- 스티렌모노머 회수장치에 있어서,폐폴리스틸렌을 이동시키는 스크류를 포함하고, 폐폴리스티렌을 공급받아 열분해시키는 관형(tubular) 반응기 타입의 열분해 반응기;상기 폐폴리스티렌의 진행방향에 따라 온도가 증가할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 상기 열분해 반응기를 가열하는 히터;상기 열분해 반응기에서 생성된 기체를 냉각시켜 오일로 변환하는 냉각기;를 포함하며,상기 열분해반응기는 보조용매를 공급하는 보조용매공급부를 더 포함하되, 상기 보조용매공급부는 폐폴리스티렌의 진행방향에 따라 열분해 반응기에 배치되는 복수 개로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌모노머 회수장치.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 열분해 반응기에서 상기 보조용매공급부 방향의 유체흐름을 방지하는 역류방지밸브를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌모노머 회수장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 냉각기는 포집된 기체에 냉각수를 직접 접촉시켜 상기 포집된 기체를 액화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌모노머 회수장치.
- 청구항 10에서,상기 냉각기는 상기 냉각수 및 오일의 낙하지점과 이격되어 위치하는 포집메쉬를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌모노머 회수장치.
- 청구항 11에서,상기 냉각기는 상기 오일 및 냉각수가 상기 포집메쉬를 거친 후 외부로 배출되는 냉각수 배출구와 오일 배출구를 더 포함하며,상기 냉각기는 상기 냉각수 배출구와 상기 오일배출구 사이에 위치하는 격벽을 더 포함하며,상기 오일배출구는 상기 포집메쉬와 상기 격벽사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌모노머 회수장치.
