먼저, 상기 각 실시예에 따른 비누를 10wt%의 수용액으로 제조하였다. 그리고 과거력상 피부자극에 과민반응을 보인 적이 없으며, 현재 피부병 내지 피부 알러지 증상이 없는 20~40대 여성 30명을 대상으로 상기 각 비누의 10wt% 수용액을 반창고의 거즈 부분에 충분히 흡수시킨 후, 피부 중 연약한 팔의 이두박근에 첩포하여 48시간 후의 피부상태를 점검하였다. 48시간 경과 후, 첩포를 제거한 다음, 펜으로 시험부위를 표시하였다. 표시 후 각각 12시간, 24시간 및 48시간 후에 확대경 (8MC-150, DAZOR, 미합중국)을 이용하여 시험 부위를 관찰하여 피부 반응(홍반 및 부종 유무)을 판별하였다. 피부반응은 국제접촉피부염연구회(ICDRG, International Contact Dermaitis Research Group)의 규정에 따라 판정하였다. 피부반응의 평가 기준 및 점수는 5단계로 나누어 아래의 [표 2]과 같이 산정하였다. 평가 결과는 평균값으로 하기 [표 3]에 나타내었다.
