The abalone release agent composition according to the present invention is not only excellent in the peeling effect, but also can significantly reduce the mortality rate, it is economical because it can be used diluted to a low concentration.

Description

전복 박리제 조성물{Composition for Peeling Abalone Off}Abalone Peeler Composition {Composition for Peeling Abalone Off}

The present invention relates to a peeling composition useful for separating abalone, in particular abalone plaque, from aquaculture plates, farming places and the like.

The culture tank structure of abalone nursery is generally composed of broo line (air supply) at the bottom, shella that allows hatched abalone plaques to be attached and live food on the shella (diatom culture for abalone). . In the abalone nursery, the eggs of the abalone are hatched in a breeding tank and reared for a certain period of time. At this time, the raised abalone patches are separated from the shella and the bottom and sorted by size, and then grown for a certain period of time. Will be sold.

At this time, the abalone plaque should be peeled off from the shell, floor, etc. In the past, it was separated by human hands, but the economical efficiency was lowered and the mortality rate was very high due to the forced force. Since the use of a high-pressure sprayer using seawater for easy peeling of abalone patch these days, a method of dissolving abalone patch by dissolving a drug in seawater has been used.

In order to peel abalone plaque from the shellta, the bottom, etc., the currently used abalone farm is antibiotic oxytetracycline, and some use natural herb. The reason for using oxytetracycline hydrochloride as a release agent for abalone or abalone patch in abalone farm is that the abalone patch temporarily withers the taste of the drug when spraying oxytetracycline-containing seawater into the high pressure sprayer. It is assumed that this is because the impact is easily separated from the sheller, the bottom, and the like.

Oxytetracycline hydrochloride, however, is an antibiotic and should not be used in animals donated for human consumption.There is a risk of residue in abalone, which may cause antibiotic resistance in humans who consume abalone. It is also known that about 10-15% of abalone plaques die after exfoliation using oxytetracycline hydrochloride. Despite these antibiotic resistance problems and high mortality, the use of antibiotics oxytetracycline for abalone plaque removal in abalone farms is the most economical and effective way to date and no alternative means.
