전남 완도군 고금면 가교리 대한수산에서 상기 실시예 1-3 및 비교예 1-2의 전복치패 박리 효과를 평가하였다. 해수 40L에 상기 조성물들을 각각 1 kg씩 용해시킨 후 고압분무기로 1개의 쉘타와 쉘타 밑의 바닥(100 × 50cm)에 부착되어 있는 전복치패에 분사하여 박리되는 전복치패의 숫자와 박리 후 15일간의 폐사율을 비교 평가하였다. 일반적으로 1개의 쉘타 및 쉘타 밑의 바닥에는 약 1,200-1,500마리의 전복치패가 부착되어 있다. 쉘타 및 쉘타 밑 바닥에 부착하고 있는 평균 전복치패의 수는 1,320마리로 하였으며, 이 수 대비 박리된 전복치패의 수 및 15일 간의 폐사율을 하기 표 2에 나타내었다.The peeling effect of the abalone patch of Example 1-3 and Comparative Example 1-2 was evaluated in Gogeum-ri Crosslinked Korean Gomyeon-ri, Wando-gun, Jeonnam.
