Abstract
상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서 본 발명은 태양광의 조건과 극히 유사한 광을 발현할 수 있는 발광다이오드를 이용하여 발광부를 구성하되, 상기 발광다이오드는 무채색 혹은 다양한 색상의 램프와, 자외선 및 적외선램프로 구성되게 하여 다양한 파장의 빛이 조사될 수 있게 하고, 또한 상기 발광램프는 제어수단에 의해 광량이 제어될 수 있게 함은 물론, 필요에 따라 원하는 파장의 빛이 조사될 수 있게 하며, 또한 발광부에서 발생한 열을 건조공정에 투입시켜 효과적인 천연염색원단의 건조 및 발색이 이루어질 수 있게 한 것이다.

Claims (3)
- 천연염색한 원단을 건조하는 건조장치를 구성하되, 건조실(20) 상부에 LED(31)로 구성된 발광부(30)를 구성하여, LED(31)로부터 발광되는 광원이 건조실(20)내에 조사되게 구성함으로서, 건조실(20)에 위치한 천연염색원단(C)이 건조되면서 발색이 이루어질 수 있게 한 발광다이오드(LED)를 이용한 천연염색원단 건조장치를 구성함에 있어서, 발광부(30)에 구성된 LED(31)는 적색, 녹색, 청색 LED와 자외선 및 적외선 LED인 것을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드(LED)를 이용한 천연염색원단 건조장치.

- 제1항에 있어서, 발광부(30) 직상부에 발열회수부(50)를 구성하고, 건조실(20) 하단부에는 열풍공급부(40)를 구성하여, 발열회수부(50)와 열풍공급부(40)를 열풍공급관(60)으로 연결구성함으로서, 발열회수부(50)에 구성된 송풍기(51)를 작동시키면 발광부(30)에서 발생한 열기가 열풍공급관(60)을 통하여 열풍공급부(40)로 유입되고, 열풍공급부(40)로 유입된 열풍은 통기공(41)을 통하여 건조실(20) 내부로 송풍되어 천연염색원단의 효과적인 건조가 이루어질 수 있게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 발광다이오드(LED)를 이용한 천연염색원단 건조장치.
