Abstract
상기 과제를 해결하기 위한 수단으로서, 본 발명은 발광다이오드(LED)를 이용한 천연염색원단 건조장치의 발열부 상단에 히터파이프를 설치하여 LED로부터 발열되는 열이 히터파이프를 통하여 발열회수부 내에 방열되게 하고, 상기 방열된 열은 송풍기로 송풍시켜 열풍공급관 및 열풍공급부를 통하여 건조실 내부로 송풍되게 한 것이다.

Claims (2)
- 건조실(20) 상부에 발열블럭(200)과 LED(31)로 구성된 발광부(30)를 구성하고, 발광부(30) 상부에는 발열회수부(50)를 구성하고, 건조실(20) 하단에는 열풍공급부(40)를 구성한 다음, 발열회수부(50)와 열풍공급부(40)를 예열부(60)의 열풍공급관(64)을 통하여 연결되게 함으로서, 건조실(20) 내에 위치한 천연염색원단(C)이 LED(31)로부터 조사되는 빛과, 열풍공급부(40)로부터 공급되는 열풍에 의해 건조되면서 발색이 이루어지게 한 천연염색원단의 건조장치를 구성하되, 발열회수부(50) 내에 히터파이프(100)를 설치하고, 상기 히터파이프(100) 하단부가 발열블럭(200) 내에 매립되게 하여 발열블럭(200)의 열기가 히터파이프(100)로 전달되게 하고, 히터파이프(100)로 전달된 열기는 방열판(130)을 통하여 발열회수부(50) 내에 방출되게 함으로서, 발열회수부(50) 일측에 구성된 송풍기(51)로 외부공기를 송풍시키면, 히터파이프(100)를 통하여 열교환된 열풍이 예열부(60)의 열풍공급관(64) 및 열풍공급부(40)를 통하여 건조실(20) 내부로 송풍될 수 있게 하여, 건조실(20) 내에 위치한 천연염색원단(C)의 효과적인 건조가 이루어질 수 있게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 엘이디를 이용한 천연염색원단 건조장치의 폐열회수장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발열회수부(50)와 열풍공급부(40)를 연결하는 예열부(60)의 열풍공급관(64) 내에 발열히터(51)를 설치하여, 건조실(20) 내부로 송풍되는 열풍이 한번 더 가열될 수 있게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 엘이디를 이용한 천연염색원단 건조장치의 폐열회수장치.
