본 발명은 콘크리트 판의 표면 부위에 투입되는 재료 조성물을 환형으로 손쉽게 제조할 수 있도록 개선된 콘크리트 재료 조성물의 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 판에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 제조방법은 슬래그 칩, 유리 분말이 포함된 재료들을 펠레타이저 내부에 각각 투입하고, 펠레타이저를 회전 동작시키면서 펠레타이저 내에 접착제를 투입한 후에, 펠레타이저의 동작으로 접착제와 재료들을 혼합시켜 환 형태로 제조하는 단계로 구성된다.
이에 따르면 본 발명은 환경 저해 요소인 혼화제 등의 화학 첨가물을 투입하지 않으므로, 간편하고 환경 친화적인 방법으로 제조할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 표면 외관에 심미감을 부여할 수 있는 유용한 효과를 갖는다.
