Claims (10)
- 볼트의 생크(shank)를 지나 연장되는 너트를 상기 볼트에 인가하는 단계 및텐셔닝(tensioning) 장치를 상기 너트에 연결하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 너트가 상기 텐셔닝 장치에 의해 발생되는 인장 부하(tensile load)를 상기 볼트로 전달하도록 배열되며,복수 개의 세그먼트를 포함하는 세그먼트 슬리브(segmented sleeve)는 상기 텐셔닝 장치의 당김 바(puller bar)에 제공되고 상기 당김 바와 상기 너트 사이 간 풀림 가능한 연결을 제공하기 위해 상기 너트의 연장부와 선택적으로 나사 결합하는, 볼트를 텐셔닝하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 볼트에 대해서 확장 스페이서(expanding spacer)는 조여지는 상기 너트와 대상 부품 사이에 위치하고, 상기 확장 스페이서는, 상기 볼트가 상기 인장 부하에 의해 인장됨에 따라 상기 너트와 상기 대상 부품 간의 변형 틈을 줄이도록 축방향으로 연장 가능한, 볼트를 텐셔닝하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 확장 스페이서는 복수의 평면, 기울어진 경사면(ramp face) 및 상기 볼트를 수용하는 구멍(bore)을 각각 가진 두개의 스페이서 반편(halve)을 포함하고, 상기 스페이서 반편은 상대적으로 회전되거나 측면으로 이동하여, 상기 스페이서 반편의 상기 반대편 경사면으로 인해 상기 스페이서 반편의 상기 각각의 평면들 간의 상기 축방향의 거리가 선택적으로 늘어나거나 줄어드는 하는, 볼트를 텐셔닝하는 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 세그먼트 슬리브의 상기 세그먼트들은 보조 나사 프로파일(profile)들을 포함하여, 상기 세그먼트와 상기 당김 바 간 고강도 BTC(Buttress-threaded Tapered Cone)를 형성하는, 볼트를 텐셔닝하는 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,병렬 링 또는 다른 작동(operating) 수단들은 상기 당김 바에 관련하여 방사상으로 상기 세그먼트들을 상기 너트에 맞물리거나 맞물리지 않도록 연장시키거나 다시 복귀시키는, 볼트를 텐셔닝하는 방법.
- 텐셔닝 장치상의 바 또는 풀러 컬러와 동작가능하게 맞물려있고, 볼트 또는 상기 볼트에 맞물려 있는 너트와 맞물릴 수 있도록 방사상으로 연장가능한 복수개의 세그먼트를 포함하는 세그먼트 슬리브, 상기 세그먼트 슬리브 및 상기 풀러 컬러 또는 바 사이에 BTC 커플링을 형성하기 위한 보조 나사 프로파일(profile)들을 포함하는 바 또는 상기 세그먼트들 및 상기 풀러 컬러를 포함하고,상기 세그먼트들은 상기 세그먼트들의 말단 면들에 제공되는 각각 방사상으로 기울어진 글루브들 및 외부 나사산들을 포함하고,잠금부는 상기 당김 바를 통해 연장하고 상기 글루브들의 각각에 맞물리는 구동 핀들을 가진 구동 플레이트를 포함하고, 상기 당김 바와 관련하여 상기 잠금부에 의한 상기 구동 플레이트의 회전으로 인해 상기 세그먼트들상의 상기 외부 나사산들이 상기 너트내 보조적인 내부 나사산들과 맞물리거나 맞물리지 않도록 방사상으로 움직이도록 배열되는, 볼트를 텐션 장치에 연결시키는 장치.
- 텐셔닝 장치상의 바 또는 풀러 컬러와 동작가능하게 맞물려있고, 볼트 또는 상기 볼트에 맞물려 있는 너트와 맞물릴 수 있도록 방사상으로 연장가능한 복수개의 세그먼트를 포함하는 세그먼트 슬리브, 상기 세그먼트 슬리브 및 상기 풀러 컬러 또는 바 사이에 BTC 커플링을 형성하기 위한 보조 나사 프로파일(profile)들을 포함하는 바 또는 상기 세그먼트들 및 상기 풀러 컬러를 포함하고,상기 세그먼트들은 상기 너트내 보조적인 내부 나사산들과 맞물리는 외부 나사산들 및 상기 당김 바와 맞물리는 각각의 마찰 플레이트(friction plate)를 포함하고,스프링들은 상기 세그먼트 슬리브와 상기 당김 바 사이의 상기 커플링을 릴리스하기 위해 상기 세그먼트들을 방사상으로 외부로 강제하고, 상기 너트와 관련된 상기 당김 바의 회전으로 인해 상기 당김 바와 상기 마찰 플레이트 간 맞물림으로, 상기 스프링에 대해, 상기 당김 바가 방사상으로 안쪽으로 이동되도록 하여 상기 세그먼트 슬리브와 상기 당김 바간 상기 커플링이 형성되도록 배열되는, 볼트를 텐셔닝 장치에 연결시키는 장치.
- 상기 제 7항 또는 상기 제 8항에 있어서,상기 너트 내의 상기 내부 나사산들 및 상기 세그먼트들의 상기 외부 나사산들은 보조적인 병렬 나사들이고, 상기 내부 나사산들은 상기 볼트 상단으로 연장되어 있는 상기 너트의 연장 부분내에 제공되는, 볼트를 텐셔닝 장치에 연결시키는 장치.
