Abstract
Description
본 발명은 굴절률 분포형(GRIN) 렌즈를 위한 계층 다층식 중합체 복합물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
Claims (33)
- 다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트로 구성된 변형 가능한 굴절률 분포형 렌즈이며,상기 다층식 복합물 시트는 2개 이상인 복수의 공유 압출된 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름들로 구성되고,상기 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름 각각은 식(AB)X로 표현되는 2개 이상인 복수의 교대층 (A) 및 (B)로 구성되고, 여기서 X=2n, n은 4 내지 18 범위이며,층(A)는 구성 요소(a)로 구성되고 층(B)는 구성 요소(b)로 구성되고,상기 구성 요소 (a) 및 (b)는 서로 다른 굴절률을 나타내는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 구성 요소(a) 및 (b)는 중합체 재료, 복합물 중합체 및 중합체 블렌드로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 재료는, 유리질 재료, 결정질 재료 및 탄성재로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층은 5㎚ 내지 1,000㎛의 두께를 갖는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름은 계층 다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트를 형성하도록 정렬된 층으로 적층되고, 인접하는 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름들은 점진적으로 서로 다른 굴절률을 나타내도록 선택되는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름은 32개 이상의 교대층을 포함하는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름은 50 내지 500,000개 범위의 교대층을 포함하는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트는 5 내지 100,000개의 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름으로 구성되는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트는 20 내지 10,000개의 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름으로 구성되는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구성 요소 (a) 및 (b)는 화학적으로 같은 물질인 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 다층식 복합물 구조체로 구성된 변형 가능한 굴절률 분포형 렌즈이며,상기 다층식 복합물 구조체는 2개 이상인 복수의 공유 압출된 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름들로 구성되고,상기 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름 각각은 식(ABC)x로 표현되는 3개 이상인 복수의 교대층 (A) (B) 및 (C)로 구성되고, 여기서 X=2n, n은 4 내지 18 범위이며,층(A)는 구성 요소(a)로 구성되고 층(B)는 구성 요소(b)로 구성되고 층(C)는 구성 요소(c)로 구성되고,상기 구성 요소(a), (b) 및 (c)는 서로 다른 굴절률을 나타내는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 재료는, 폴리에틸렌 나프탈레이트, 그것의 이소머, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트, 폴리이미드, 폴리에테르이미드, 스티렌 중합체, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리(메트)아크릴레이트, 셀룰로즈 유도체, 폴리알킬렌 중합체, 풀루오르화 중합체, 염소화 중합체, 폴리설폰, 폴리에테르설폰, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리아미드, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리에테르-아미드, 스티렌-아크릴로니트릴 공중합체, 스티렌-에틸렌 공중합체, 폴리(에틸렌-1,4-시클로헥실렌디메틸렌 테레프탈레이트), 아크릴 러버, 이소프렌, 이소부틸렌-이소프렌, 부타디엔 러버, 부타디엔-스티렌-비닐 피리딘, 부틸 러버, 폴리에틸렌, 클로로프렌, 에피클로로히드린 러 버, 에틸렌-프로필렌, 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔, 니트릴-부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌, 실리콘 러버, 스티렌-부타디엔 및 우레탄 러버를 포함하는 그룹에서 선택되는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 중합체 재료는 블럭 및 그래프트 공중합체로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택되는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 층은 굴절률에 영향을 미치도록 설계된 유기 또는 무기 재료를 추가로 포함하는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.01 이상의 굴절률 구배를 나타내는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 0.02 내지 1.0 범위의 굴절률 구배를 나타내는 굴절률 분포형 렌즈.

- 제1항의 렌즈를 제조하는 방법이며,교대층 (A) 및 (B)로 구성되는 다층식 중합체 복합물 필름 한 세트를 형성하여 다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트를 제조하는 단계와,상기 필름들을 다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트로 공유 압출하는 단계와,다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트를 슬라이스 및 형상화하여 굴절률 분포형 렌즈를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트는 20%보다 큰 내부 전달을 나타내는 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트는 50%보다 큰 내부 전달을 나타내는 렌즈의 제조 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 다층식 복합물 GRIN 시트의 굴절률은 압력, 인장, 압축, 전단 또는 이들 응력의 조합에 의해 기계적으로 변화되는 렌즈의 제조 방법.
