Description
Claims (1)
- 흡입구와 토출구를 형성한 케이싱 내에 한 쌍의 3매 로터를 설치하고, 상기 흡입구와 상기 토출구 사이가 연통되지 않도록 양 로터를 회전시킴으로써 상기 흡입구로부터 공기를 흡입하고, 흡입한 공기를 상기 토출구로부터 토출하는 루트식 진공 펌프(roots vacuum pump)에 있어서,상기 흡입구는, 각 로터의 회전축의 중심을 연결하는 가상선(m)에 대해서 각각의 회전축 중심으로부터 120˚의 용적 이동 각도를 넘는 위치(n)에 형성되고,상기 토출구는, 각 로터의 회전축의 중심을 연결하는 가상선(m)에 대해서 각각의 회전축 중심으로부터 상기 흡입구와 반대 방향으로 120˚의 용적 이동 각도를 넘는 위치(o)에 형성되며,공기의 흡인 직후에 상기 흡입구측과 상기 토출구측의 2개소에, 각 로터의 인접하는 박편(laminar)과 케이싱의 내벽면으로 둘러싸이는 밀폐 공간을 발생하도록 형성하고, 상기 위치(o)로부터 흡입구측으로 90˚만큼 돌아온 위치(t)의 원주벽부에 외부 공기 또는 냉각 공기의 도입구를 형성하고, 상기 위치(o)로부터 흡입구측으로 45˚만큼 돌아온 위치(u)까지의 영역의 케이싱의 내벽면에, 복수개의 토출용 홈을 상기 토출구에 연통하도록 형성하고, 상기 토출용 홈의 총 용적을 1개의 상기 밀폐 공간의 용적에 대해서 2~5%의 범위 내에 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 루트식 진공 펌프.
