Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따라 준비된 자성 나노클러스터를 포함하는 콜로이드가 용매에 잘 분산되고, 외부 자력으로 회수 및 재분산되는 것을 나타낸 도이다.
도 3은 (a) 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 제조 방법을 1회 실시했을 때 회수된 자성 나노클러스터의 양을 나타낸 사진, (b) 기존의 방법으로 합성시 회수된 양과 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 방법으로 합성시 회수된 양을 나타낸 도이다.
도 4는 실시예에서 제조된 자성 나노클러스터를 포함하는 콜로이드를 고배율 투과 전자 현미경으로 관찰한 도이다.
도 5는 실시예에서 제조된 자성 나노클러스터를 포함하는 콜로이드를 투과 전자 현미경으로 관찰한 도이다.
도 6은 실시예에서 제조된 자성 나노클러스터를 포함하는 콜로이드를 주사 전자 현미경으로 관찰한 도이다.
도 7은 실시예에서 제조된 자성 나노클러스터를 포함하는 콜로이드의 결정 분석의 도이다.

Claims (18)
- (a) 금속 할라이드 계열의 화합물 및 유기 리간드가 용매와 혼합된 상태에서 상기 금속 할라이드 계열의 화합물 간에 축합 반응이 진행되어 자성 화합물이 형성되는 단계 - 상기 유기 리간드는, 수산화나트륨, 암모니아 및 소듐 알킬 카복실레이트 계열의 화합물 중 어느 하나임 - ;
(b) 상기 자성 화합물을 제1 가열하여 복수개의 자성 입자가 형성되는 단계; 및
(c) 상기 복수개의 자성 입자를 제2 가열하여 상기 복수개의 자성 입자가 서로 응집된 자성 클러스터가 형성되는 단계;
를 포함하며,
상기 자성 클러스터가 콜로이드 상태로 상기 용매에 분산된 자성 클러스터 콜로이드가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서의 상기 금속 할라이드 계열의 화합물의 금속 할라이드는, MaXb (M=Cr, Ni, Ti, Zr, Fe, Co, Zn, Gd, Ta, Nb, Pt, Au, Mg, Mn, Pd, Sr, Ag, Ba, Cu, W, Mo, Sn, Pb, X=F, Cl, Br, I, 0<a≤5, 0<b≤5)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드의 제조방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서의 상기 용매는 방향족 용매, 헤테로고리 용매, 술록사이드계 용매, 아마이드계 용매, 탄화수소 용매, 에테르계 용매, 폴리머 용매, 이온성 액체 용매, 할로겐 탄화수소 용매, 알콜류 용매, 물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 상기 금속 할라이드 계열의 화합물과 상기 유기 리간드의 몰비를 조절하여 상기 자성 클러스터의 크기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 상기 금속 할라이드 계열의 화합물과 상기 유기 리간드는 1:0.01 내지 1:500의 몰비로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제1 가열은 100℃ 내지 200℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제2 가열은 120℃ 내지 350℃에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계에서 금속 할라이드(MaXb, M=Cr, Ni, Ti, Zr, Fe, Co, Zn, Gd, Ta, Nb, Pt, Au, Mg, Mn, Pd, Sr, Ag, Ba, Cu, W, Mo, Sn, Pb, X=F, Cl, Br, I, 0<a≤5, 0<b≤5) 계열의 화합물을 포함하는 금속 물질을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드의 제조방법. - 제9항에 있어서,
상기 금속 물질은 상기 금속 할라이드 계열의 화합물 100 중량부당 0.1 중량부 내지 99 중량부가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드의 제조방법. - 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드.
- 제11항에 있어서,
상기 복수개의 자성 입자는 각각 1nm 내지 100nm의 지름을 갖는 나노 입자를 포함하며, 상기 자성 클러스터는 상기 복수개의 자성 입자가 응집되어 10nm 내지 1000nm의 지름을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드. - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 자성 클러스터는 하기 일반식 1 내지 4 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 클러스터 콜로이드.

- 제12항의 자성 클러스터 콜로이드를 유효 성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제13항의 자성 클러스터 콜로이드를 유효 성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
