Claims (13)
- 폴리올레핀 20 내지 97 중량%, 유기클레이 0.5 내지 40 중량%, 및 상용화제 1 내지 60 중량%를 혼합하는 단계, 및상기 혼합물을 인장흐름율(Elongational Flow ratio)이 13% 이상인 압출기로 스크류 회전 속도 300 내지 1,000 rpm 및 체류시간 20 내지 90 sec의 조건 하에서 용융 압출하는 단계를 포함하는 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압출기는 L/D가 30 내지 80인 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압출기는 L/D가 30인 경우에 인장흐름횟수가 40회 이상인 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압출기는 4개 이상의 스크류축을 포함하는 다축 압출기인 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압출기는 스크류 직경이 18 내지 120 mm인 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압출기는 콘베이(Convey), 세그먼트(Segment), 베리어(Barrier), 솔더 니딩 블록(Shoulder kneading block), 니딩 블록(Kneading block), 에센트릭 트리플-플라이티드 블록(eccentric triple-flighted kneading block), 아이겔(Igel), 기어 믹서(Gear mixers), 짠미쉘레멘트(Zahnmischelement), 스크류 믹싱 엘리먼트(Screw mixing element), 스테르포에르데렐리먼트(Sternfoerderelement), 및 멀티 프로세스 엘리먼트(Multi process element)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 스크류를 포함하는 것인 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀은 폴리에틸렌, 호모-폴리프로필렌(Homo-PP), 프로필렌과 에틸렌, 부틸렌 및 옥텐 중에서 선택된 공단량체가 중합된 랜덤공중합체, 및 폴리프로필렌에 에틸렌-프로필렌 고무가 블렌딩된 블록공중합체로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 유기클레이는 몬모릴로나이트, 헥토라이트, 벤토나이트, 사포나이트, 마가디이트, 합성 마이카, 사우코나이트, 버미쿨라이트, 케냐이트, 카올리나이트, 및 투링자이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 상용화제는 폴리올레핀의 주쇄나 말단에 카르복실기 또는 히드록실기를 포함하는 1종 이상의 변성 폴리올레핀 수지인 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,산화방지제, UV안정제, 난연제, 착색제, 가소제, 열안정제, 슬립제, 및 대전방지제로 이루어진 군에서 1 종 이상 선택되는 첨가제를 혼련하여 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조되는 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재.
- 제11항에 따른 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재를 포함하는 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서,폴리올레핀 30 내지 90 중량%, 유기클레이 3 내지 15 중량%, 및 상용화제 1 내지 60 중량%를 혼합하는 폴리올레핀/클레이 나노복합재의 제조 방법.
