Claims (6)
- 흡수성 복합 부직포로서,
섬유형성가능한 고분자를 멜트블라운 시켜서 형성된 친수성 멜트블라운 부직포층;과
상기 멜트블라운 부직포층에 인접하고, 수분을 흡수하여 보유하도록 된 흡수성 부직포층;을 포함하고,
상기 멜트블라운 부직포층과 흡수성 부직포층을 캘린더가공을 통해 열압착하되, 엠보싱가공을 통해 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층의 일부가 상기 흡수성 부직포층의 내부로 침투되어 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층이 상기 흡수성 부직포층의 내부에서 특정패턴의 차폐유닛을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 복합 부직포. - 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층에는 0.5 ~ 20 ㎛ 미세공극이 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 복합 부직포.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성 부직포층은 고흡수성 섬유 5~50wt%, 레이온 섬유 40~5wt%, 열가소성 폴리에스터 10~50wt%, 폴리에틸렌/폴리프로필렌 이성분사 5~30wt%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 복합 부직포.
- 흡수성 복합 부직포의 제조방법으로서,
섬유형성 가능한 고분자를 멜트블라운 시켜서 형성된 친수성 멜트블라운 부직포층을 제조하여 이를 캘린더 가공공정으로 이송하는 제 1단계;
흡수성 부직포층을 제조하고 이어서 상기 흡수성 부직포층의 구성섬유 중 열가소성 섬유의 일부 또는 전부가 용융되도록 열을 가한 후에 상기 흡수성 부직포층을 캘린더 가공공정으로 이송하는 제 2단계;
상기 1단계에서 멜트블라운 부직포층을 연속적으로 공급하고, 상기 제 2단계에서 흡수성 부직포층을 연속적으로 공급하여 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층과 흡수성 부직포층을 캘린더 가공공정에서 열압착하는 제 3단계를 포함하여 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 복합 부직포의 제조방법. - 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 캘린더 가공공정에서 엠보싱처리가 행해지는 것에 의해, 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층의 일부가 상기 흡수성 부직포층의 내부로 침투되어 상기 멜트블라운 부직포층이 상기 흡수성 부직포층의 내부에서 특정패턴의 차폐유닛을 형성하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 복합 부직포의 제조방법.
- 땀이나 소변과 같은 수분을 착용자의 피부로부터 이동시키는 것이 가능한 체액 흡수용 패드로서
상기 패드는 착용자의 피부와 접하여 수분을 착용자의 피부로부터 제거하는 확산직물층(1); 상기 확산직물층(1)에 접하며 상기 확산직물층(1)로부터 이동되어진 수분을 흡수하는 흡수성 복합 부직포층(2); 및 상기 흡수성 복합 부직포층(2)에 접하며 방수통기성능을 가지는 방수필름층(3);을 포함하여 구성되되,
상기 확산직물층(1)은 일면은 PET 필라멘트를 사용하여 제직한 일면과 상기 일면에 PET/나일론 분할형 복합섬유를 사용하여 타면으로 한 이중직의 직물을 감량가공한 것이고,
상기 흡수성 복합 부직포층(2)은 청구항 1항, 2항 또는 3항 기재의 흡수성 복합 부직포가 최소한 1층이상 포함된 것이고,
상기 확산직물층(1), 흡수성 복합 부직포층(2) 및 방수필름층(3)은 포개어 봉제처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는 체액 흡수 직물패드.
