Claims (5)
- (a) 고분자를 용매에 분산 또는 용해시켜 코팅액을 만드는 단계;(b) 상기 코팅액을 펌프를 이용하여 압력을 높여서 코팅부의 구금부재에 공급하는 단계; 및(c) 원사가 코팅부의 니플을 통과한 후 구금부재를 통과하도록 하여 원사가 코팅액에 의해 코팅되도록 하는 단계;를 포함하고, 원사가 구금부재의 좁은 이동통로를 통과하는 동안에 코팅액에 의해 코팅되고,상기 코팅액이 코팅부에 유입되는 압력은 3kgf/cm2 내지 7kgf/cm2 이며,코팅된 원사가 한 쌍의 롤러 사이를 통과하도록 하는 스퀴징 단계를 포함하지 않고,상기 펌프는 정량펌프인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅사 제조방법.
