Abstract
본 발명의 세정용 조성물은 사용시 석재 내부의 기공 깊숙이 침투하여 순식간에 석재 내부의 오염물 또는 석재 표면에 달라붙어 있는 오염물, 예를 들어 녹물, 기름때, 이끼류 등의 찌든 때 등을 분해하고 쉽게 제거하여 석재 제품 본래의 품위와 광택을 되살려줄 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 세정용 조성물은 석재 구조물의 부식을 일으키지 않고, 세정 작업 후에 얼룩을 남기지 않으면서도 세정 효과가 뛰어나다. 또한, 본 발명의 세정용 조성물은 환경 친화적이고 인체에 무해하여 누구나 쉽고 안전하게 사용할 수 있다.
Description
도 2는 실시예 1에서 제조한 석재 세정용 조성물로 평택 발전소의 석재 구조물을 세정하기 전(도 2의 왼쪽)과 세정한 후(도 2의 오른쪽)로 나누어 나타낸 사진이다.
도 3은 실시예 3에서 제조한 석재 세정용 조성물로 국립 4.19 민주 묘지의 석재 구조물을 세정하기 전(도 3의 왼쪽)과 세정한 후(도 3의 오른쪽)로 나누어 나타낸 사진이다.
도 4는 실시예 2에서 제조한 석재 세정용 조성물의 성분을 분석한 결과를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 옥살산(Oxalic acid), 플루로린화 수소산(Hydrofluoric acid), 인산 또는 인산염에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로 구성된 인산 함유 화합물, 강산, 음이온성 계면활성제, 및 물을 포함하는 조성물로서,
강산의 함량은 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.02~0.2 중량%이고,
물의 함량은 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 90.0~99.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 석재 세정용 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 강산은 황산, 질산, 염산, 브로민화 수소산(HBr), 아이오딘화 수소산(HI), 및 과염소산(HClO4)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 석재 세정용 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 옥살산의 함량은 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.2~1.6 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 석재 세정용 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 플루로린화 수소산의 함량은 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 1.0~4.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 석재 세정용 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 인산 함유 화합물의 함량은 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.5~2.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 석재 세정용 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 인산 함유 화합물은 인산염이고,
상기 인산염은 인산나트륨, 인산칼륨, 인산마그네슘, 및 인산칼슘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 석재 세정용 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 계면활성제의 함량은 조성물 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.1~1.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 석재 세정용 조성물.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 음이온성 계면활성제는 소듐라우릴설페이트, 암모늄라우릴설페이트, 소듐라우레드설페이트, 암모늄라우레드설페이트, 트리에탄올아민라우릴설페이트, 트리에탄올아민라우레드설페이트, 소듐크실렌설포네이트로, 소듐도데실벤젠설페이트, 라우릴포스페이트, 및 라우릴에테르포스페이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 석제 세정용 조성물.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 옥살산(Oxalic acid) 0.2~1.6 중량%, 플루로린화 수소산(Hydrofluoric acid) 1.0~4.0 중량%, 인산 함유 화합물 0.5~2.0 중량%, 강산 0.02~0.2 중량%, 음이온성 계면활성제 0.05~1.0 중량%, 및 잔량으로 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석재 세정용 조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 옥살산(Oxalic acid) 0.5~1.2 중량%, 플루로린화 수소산(Hydrofluoric acid) 2.0~3.0 중량%, 인산 함유 화합물 0.8~1.5 중량%, 강산 0.04~0.1 중량%, 음이온성 계면활성제 0.1~0.8 중량%, 및 잔량으로 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 석재 세정용 조성물.
