Claims (7)
- 대향면에 서로 마주보는 궤도부(115, 125)가 형성된 제1 및 제2 안내레일(110, 120)과, 상기 제1 및 제2 안내레일(110, 120) 사이에 위치하는 롤러 케이지 어셈블리(130)를 포함하며; 상기 롤러 케이지 어셈블리(130)는 길이 방향으로 이격되어 다수의 롤러설치공(141)이 형성되고 상기 롤러설치공(141) 중 어느 하나를 둘러싸며 폭 방향 양측으로 개방되는 개구(153)를 갖는 피니언설치공간이 형성되며 상기 제1 안내레일(110)과 제2 안내레일(120) 사이에 위치하는 케이지판(145)과, 상기 롤러설치공(141)에 회전 가능하게 구비되는 다수의 롤러(135)와, 중공형태로 형성되어 상기 케이지판(145)의 피니언설치공간에 회전 가능하게 설치되며 개구(153)를 통하여 양측으로 노출되어 일측으로 상기 제1 안내레일(110)과 연동되도록 맞물리고 타측으로 상기 제2 안내레일(120)과 연동되도록 맞물리는 피니언(155)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동 안내 유닛.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 상기 피니언설치공간은 복수로 형성되고 상기 피니언(155)도 복수로 구비되며; 복수의 피니언설치공간은 복수의 롤러설치공(141)을 각각 둘러싸도록 형성되며, 복수의 피니언(155)은 각 피니언설치공간에 각각 회전 가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동 안내 유닛.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 피니언설치공간은 롤러설치공(141)을 둘러싸는 내경부를 가지며, 피니언(155)은 환형으로서 피니언설치공간의 내경부와 헐거운 끼워맞춤되는 내경을 갖도록 형성되고, 피니언설치공간의 내경부가 피니언(155)의 내경으로 삽입되어 피니언(155)이 피니언설치공간에 회전가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동 안내 유닛.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 케이지판(145)은 상기 롤러설치공(141)을 이루는 다수의 롤러설치구멍(144, 146)이 형성된 케이지판 부재(143, 147)가 결합되어 이루어지고; 상기 케이지판 부재(143, 147) 중 어느 하나 이상은 롤러설치구멍을 둘러싸도록 오목하게 형성되어, 롤러설치구멍을 둘러싸는 내경부를 가지며, 외경부는 폭 방향으로 양측이 부분적으로 개방되는 형태로 형성되는 피니언설치홈(151)을 구비하여; 상기 피니언설치공간은 피니언설치홈(151)에 의하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동 안내 유닛.
- 제4 항에 있어서, 상기 피니언(155)은 환형으로서 내경을 갖도록 형성되어 상기 피니언설치홈(151)의 내경부가 삽입되며, 상기 피니언설치홈(151)의 외경부보다 작은 외경을 갖도록 형성되어, 피니언(155)은 상기 피니언설치홈(151)의 내경부와 외경부 사이에서 회전 가능하게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동 안내 유닛.
- 제1 항 또는 제2 항에 있어서, 상기 피니언(155)은 환형으로서 외경에 형성되는 다수의 톱니(157)를 구비하며; 상기 궤도부(115, 125)를 사이에 두고 길이 방향을 따라 서로 나란하게 대향하여 상기 제1 안내레일(110) 및 제2 안내레일(120)에 각각 구비되어 폭 방향으로 상기 롤러 케이지 어셈블리(130)의 양측에 배치되며, 서로 대향하는 면에 상기 피니언(155)의 톱니(157)에 맞물리도록 다수의 톱니(169)를 구비하는 한 쌍의 랙 부재(163)를 포함하여; 상기 피니언(155)이 한 쌍의 랙 부재(163)에 맞물리면서 일측으로 상기 제1 안내레일(110)과 연동되도록 맞물리고 타측으로 상기 제2 안내레일(120)과 연동되도록 맞물리게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동 안내 유닛.
- 제6 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 안내레일(110, 120)에는 각각의 상기 궤도부(115, 125)의 폭 방향 일측으로 대향면에 길이 방향을 따라 오목하게 랙 설치홈(111, 121)이 형성되며; 상기 랙 부재(163)는 상기 랙 설치홈에 삽입되는 고정부(171)와, 상기 랙 설치홈으로부터 돌출되어 위치하며 서로 대향하는 면에 상기 피니언(155)의 톱니(157)와 맞물리는 상기 다수의 톱니(169)가 형성되는 맞물림부(173)로 이루어지며; 상기 제1 안내레일(110)과 제2 안내레일(120)이 서로 마주하는 경우, 한 쌍의 랙 부재(163)의 맞물림부(173)도 서로 마주하는 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동 안내 유닛.
