Claims (4)
- 엔진으로부터 토크를 전달받아 회전하며, 서로 핀에 의해 결합되어 있는 디스크 플레이트와 서브 플레이트;디스크 플레이트와 서브 플레이트 사이에서 일정한 시간 간격을 두고 회전하는 허브 플레이트;디스크 플레이트와 서브 플레이트의 회전을 허브 플레이트로 전달하는 토션 스프링; 그리고디스크 플레이트와 허브 플레이트 및 서브 플레이트와 허브 플레이트의 사이에 위치하여 히스테리시스를 일으키는 프릭션 부싱 및 프릭션 와셔;를 포함하며,허브 플레이트는 양면에 프릭션 부싱 및 프릭션 와셔와 서로 마찰면을 형성하고, 마찰면에 마찰계수를 증가시키기 위한 거칠기 또는 요철을 코이닝 가공을 통해 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치 디스크 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서,마찰계수를 증가시키기 위한 거칠기 또는 요철은 허브 플레이트의 양면에 형성되며, 다이아몬드 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치 디스크 어셈블리.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,마찰면은 허브 플레이트의 중심홀 주변에서 프릭션 부싱 또는 프릭션 와셔와 맞닿는 영역에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치 디스크 어셈블리.
