Claims (7)
- 강재의 표면 도금에 사용되는 알루미늄계 합금도금욕에 있어서,실리콘이 5~15wt%, 마그네슘이 5~15wt%, 잔부 알루미늄을 포함하는 알루미늄계 합금도금욕이고,상기 알루미늄계 합금 도금욕에 0.2~0.4wt%의 스트론튬과 0.6~2wt%의 희토류금속을 포함하되, 상기 스트론튬과 희토류금속의 첨가중량비율이 1:3 내지 1:10의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 합금도금욕.

- 청구항 1에 있어서,아연이 5~20wt% 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 합금도금욕.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 4의 합금도금욕으로 도금처리된 강재로서,도금층에 괴상의 [Mg2Si]상들이 석출되고, 상기 괴상의 [Mg2Si]상들의 크기가 2㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 합금도금 강재.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 4의 합금도금욕으로 도금처리된 강재로서,도금층에 석출된 실리콘의 형상이 플레이크상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 합금도금 강재.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 실리콘 플레이크상들 사이의 간격이 2㎛이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄계 합금도금 강재.
