Claims (11)
- 호흡용 기체의 발생수단과, 일단이 상기 발생수단에 연통하고 타단에 상기 호흡용 기체의 개방형 공급수단을 갖고, 도중에 자동개폐밸브 수단을 가진 도관수단, 기체의 압력을 검지함으로써 호흡에 있어서의 적어도 일부의 소정 위상을 검지할 수 있는 호흡 위상 검지수단, 상기 검지수단의 검지 결과인 호흡 신호에 기초하여 상기 자동개폐밸브 수단의 개폐를 제어하는 제어수단을 구비한 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치에 있어서,상기 제어수단이 흡기상 개시부와 호기상 개시부를 인식하는 인식수단을 갖고, 상기 인식수단이 흡기상 개시부를 인식하고 나서 호기상 개시부를 인식할 때까지의 동안, 및 호기상 개시부를 인식하고 나서 미리 정해진 시간이 경과할 때까지의 동안에는 다음 흡기상 개시부의 인식을 행하지 않는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인식수단이, 상기 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치를 대기 개방하였을 때의 호흡 신호의 값을 기준값으로 하고, 호흡 신호가 흡기상측에서 호기상측으로 상기 기준값을 초과한 시점을 호기상 개시부로 인식하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 인식수단이, 상기 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치를 대기 개방하였을 때의 호흡 신호의 값을 기준값으로 하고, 호흡 신호가 흡기상측에서 호기상측으로 상기 기준값을 초과한 시점을 일단 가호기상 개시부로 인식해 두고, 그 후, 호흡 신호가 상기 기준값보다 호기상측에 있는 미리 정해진 호기 판단 임계값보다 호기상측에 있는 시간이 미리 정해진 호기 판단시간 이상 계속된 경우에, 일단 인식한 가호기상 개시부를 진호기상 개시부로 인식하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 인식수단이, 상기 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치를 대기 개방하였을 때의 호흡 신호의 값을 기준값으로 하고, 호흡 신호가 흡기상측에서 호기상측으로 상기 기준값을 초과한 시점을 일단 가호기상 개시부로 인식해 두고, 그 후, 호흡 신호가 상기 기준값 또는 상기 기준값보다 흡기상측에 있는 미리 정해진 노이즈 판단 임계값보다 흡기상측에 있는 시간이 미리 정해진 노이즈 판단시간 이상 계속된 경우, 일단 인식한 가호기상 개시부를 노이즈로서 파기하고, 다음으로 호흡 신호가 흡기상측에서 호기상측으로 기준값을 초과하는 시점을 가호기상 개시부로 다시 인식하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 기준값이 대기압이고, 상기 호기 판단 임계값이 상기 대기압에 대해 3 Pa 이상의 압력인 것을 특징으로 하는 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 호기 판단시간이 50 msec 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 기준값 및 상기 노이즈 판정 임계값이 대기압이고, 상기 노이즈 판정시간이 100 내지 200 msec 의 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 호흡 동조형 기체 공급장치.
