Claims (13)
- 기재상에 나노 구조체로 이루어진 망상 필름을 형성하는 나노 구조체 망상 필름 제조 방법에 있어서,(1) 나노 구조체를 계면활성제를 첨가한 용매에 균일하게 분산시켜 나노 구조체 분산액을 수득하는 단계;(2) 상기 나노 구조체 분산액을 멤브레인을 이용하여 여과시켜 상기 멤브레인 상에 나노 구조체 망상 필름을 형성하는 단계;(3) 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름이 상기 기재를 향하도록 하여 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름이 형성된 상기 멤브레인을 상기 기재에 밀착시키는 단계; 및(4) 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름이 형성된 상기 멤브레인이 밀착된 상기 기재를 물 또는 포름아미드 용매에 담지 하여 상기 멤브레인이 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름으로부터 박리되도록 하는 단계;를 포함하되,상기 멤브레인은 폴리카보네이트, 셀룰로오스아세테이트, 셀룰로오스나이트라이드, 셀룰로오스에스테르, 폴리테트라플루오르에틸렌, 산화알루미늄, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 및 금속 메쉬로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나로서, 그 기공의 크기가 10nm~10㎛이고,상기 기재는 규소 산화물, 금속판, 실리콘, 실리콘 웨이퍼, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(PET), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트, 폴리디메틸실록산 및 폴리비닐렌플루오라이드로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나이며,상기 멤브레인의 표면장력이 상기 기재의 표면장력을 초과하는 것을 특징으로 하는나노 구조체 망상 필름 제조 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 멤브레인의 표면장력이 상기 기재의 표면장력을 초과하도록 상기 멤브레인이 친수성 또는 소수성으로 표면 개질 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 멤브레인의 표면장력이 상기 기재의 표면장력을 초과하도록 상기 기재가 친수성 또는 소수성으로 표면 개질 처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 단계 (3)에서상기 기재의 일면 또는 양면에 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름이 형성된 상기 멤브레인이 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조체는 한 방향 이상의 길이가 100nm 이하이며, 나노와이어(nanowire), 나노막대(nanorod), 나노튜브(nanotube) 및 그래핀(graphene)으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조체는 백금, 금, 은, 알루미늄, 타이타늄, 크롬, 니켈, 망간, 철, 아연, 또는 구리로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조체는 그 구성 성분이 2, 3, 4 성분계 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 나노 구조체는보론나이트라이드 및 보론카바이드, 제올라이트, 실리콘, 게르마늄, 또는 탄소로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 나노 구조체 망상 필름 제조 방법.
