Claims (6)
- 식물의 분열지연중심부 함유 뿌리조직을 배양한 다음, 분화가 관찰되지 않는 흰색조직을 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다음과 같은 특성을 나타내는 분열지연중심부 유래 세포주의 분리방법:(a) 현탁배양 시 단세포로 존재함;(b) 상기 식물의 분열지연중심부 이외 조직 유래의 세포주에 비하여 큰 핵을 가지는 형태학적 특징을 나타냄;(c) 점액물질로 둘러싸여 있음;(d) 장기간 배양에서 형태적인 변이 없이 안정적으로 유지됨; 및(e) 동결보존 시 상기 식물의 분열지연중심부 이외 조직 유래의 세포주에 비하여 높은 생존율을 나타냄.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 식물의 분열지연중심부 함유 뿌리조직은 무균 처리된 식물종자를 발아시켜 수득한 것이거나, 식물체의 일부로부터 유도된 캘러스로부터 분화된 뿌리조직임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배양은 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid)를 포함한 배지에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
