- (a) 흑연층 사이에 황산 및 질산 중의 적어도 하나가 함유된 가팽창 흑연을 준비하는 단계;(b) 상기 가팽창 흑연을 공기 분위기에서 열처리하여 팽창 흑연을 생성하는 단계;(c) 상기 팽창 흑연을 기초로 하여 다공성 팽창 흑연 탄소봉을 생성하는 단 계; 및(d) 액상 촉매 전구체를 상기 다공성 팽창 흑연 탄소봉 내부에 투입하고 분산시켜 팽창 흑연-전이금속 탄소봉을 얻는 단계를 포함하는 탄소나노튜브 합성용 탄소봉 제작 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 액상 촉매 전구체는 액상 분산된 Fe, FeS, Ni, Co, NiS, CoS의 전이 금속, 및 이들의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 하나를 함유하는 탄소나노튜브 합성용 탄소봉 제작 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,진공 투과법에 의해 상기 액상 촉매 전구체를 상기 다공성 팽창 흑연 탄소봉 내부에 투입하고 분산시키는탄소나노튜브 합성용 탄소봉 제작 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 팽창 흑연-전이 금속 탄소봉을 완전 건조하는 단계를 더 포함하는탄소나노튜브 합성용 탄소봉 제작 방법.
