Claims (7)
- 박피된 견과류에 당액을 투명하게 코팅하는 제조 가공 방법에 있어서,가열하지 않은 상기 박피된 견과류를 적어도 160˚C의 온도에서 유탕 처리하거나 또는 적어도 250˚C의 온도에서 볶음 처리하여 상기 박피된 견과류를 가공하는 단계와;상기 가공된 견과류를 재가열하지 않고 품온이 유지된 상태에서, 적어도 100˚C의 온도에서 가열처리한 농도의 당액으로 코팅하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 견과류 투명 당 코팅 가공 방법.

- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 당액은:물 20%, 정백당 40%, 물엿 40%의 비율로 배합된 것을 특징으로 견과류 투명 당 코팅 가공 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 당액은:홍삼, 녹차, 커피, 버섯 추출물 중 적어도 하나의 추출물이 가미된 것임을 특징으로 하는 견과류 투명 당 코팅 가공방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 방법이:상기 당액으로 코팅된 견과류에 카르나우바 왁스(carnauba wax)를 추가 코팅하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 견과류 투명 당 코팅 가공 방법.
