- 삭제
- 강판 코일에 마킹할 제원정보를 외부로부터 수신하는 제원정보 수신단계와;제원정보가 수신되면 강판 코일을 감지하는 강판 코일 감지단계와;강판 코일이 감지되면 로봇팔을 구동시켜 강판 코일의 사이즈를 측정하고, 강판 코일의 외면에 감겨진 밴드를 탐색하는 강판 코일 탐색단계와;강판 코일의 탐색이 완료되면 레이저 마킹기에 의해 밴드 표면, 강판코일 외면에 제원 및 바코드를 마킹하는 제원마킹단계와;마킹이 완료되면 로봇팔을 원위치 시키는 로봇팔 복귀단계와;강판코일의 외면에 마킹된 바코드를 스캔하여 콘트롤부에 송신하며 데이터화하는 데이터화단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 마킹방법.
