Claims (21)
- 창유리 조립체로서,기판으로부터 시작해서 다음 순서로,(a) 산소의 확산에 대한 장벽으로 작용하는 장벽 층을 포함하고 규소 질화물을 포함하는(comprising) 제 1 유전체 층과,(b) 티타늄(titanium), 니켈, 크롬, 니오븀, 지르코늄, 탄탈, 알루미늄 또는 이러한 금속 중 하나 또는 복수 개를 함유하는 금속 합금으로부터 선택된 금속 또는 금속 합금(X)로 만들어진 하부 안정화 층과,(c) 적외선 또는 태양 복사선의 반사 특성을 갖는 금속 기능성 층과,(d) 티타늄(titanium), 니켈, 크롬, 니오븀, 지르코늄, 탄탈, 알루미늄 또는 이러한 금속 중 하나 또는 복수 개를 함유하는 금속 합금으로부터 선택된 금속 또는 금속 합금(Y)로 만들어진 상부 금속 차단 층과,(e) 산소의 확산에 대한 장벽으로 작용하는 장벽 층을 포함하고 규소 질화물을 포함하는(comprising) 제 2 유전체 층,포함하는 박막 다층을 구비한 하나의 투명 기판을 포함하는 창유리 조립체에 있어서,상기 다층에서, 상기 하부 안정화 층의 금속 또는 합금(X)은 상기 상부 차단 층의 금속 또는 합금(Y)과 다른, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 층(a와 e)의 두께는 각각 적어도 5nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 층(a와 e)의 두께는 각각 15 내지 70nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 안정화 하부 금속 층(b)은 니켈 크롬 합금을 포함하는(comprises) 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 층(b)의 두께는 1 내지 6nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 층(c)은 은(銀), 티타늄, 팔라듐 또는 금을 기초로 한 금속 층인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 층(c)은 두께가 6 내지 12nm인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 금속 차단 층(d)은 티타늄, 지르코늄, 니오븀 및 알루미늄으로부터 선택된 금속(Y)으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 층(d)의 두께는 6nm 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 층(b)의 두께는 상기 층(d)의 두께보다 두꺼운 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유전체 층의 하나 또는 복수 개는 하나 또는 복수 개의 금속 산화물을 기초로 한 층을 더 포함할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 창유리 조립체는 Zn, Al, Ti, Sn, Zr, Nb, W, Ta으로부터 선택된 하나 또는 복수 개의 금속의 산화물을 기초로 한 외부 층(f)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 다층은, 유리 위에, 다음 순서를,.../규소 질화물(a)/니켈 크롬(b)/Ag(c)/티타늄(d)/규소 질화물(e)/...포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 다층은, 다음 순서를,.../규소 질화물/니켈 크롬/Ag/티타늄/규소 질화물/니켈 크롬/Ag/티타늄/규소 질화물/...포함하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 창유리 조립체는, 유닛을 형성하는(to form a unit) 이중창유리 조립체로 다른 기판과 설치되고, 상기 유닛은 40 내지 70%의 광 투과를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 창유리 조립체는, 광 투과 대 태양광선 인자(solar factor)의 비(TL/SF)로 정의된 1.25 내지 1.45의 선택성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 창유리 조립체는, 반사시 청록색 컬러를 갖는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 기판은, 상기 다층이 상기 기판에 공급된 후에, 500℃ 이상에서 열 처리에 의해 유발되는 최대 3%의 평균 광 투과 변화(△TL) 또는 열 처리에 의해 유발되는 최대 3의 반사시 평균 비색 반응 변화(△E*)를 갖는 열 처리를 거치는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 창유리 조립체는 열 처리를 거친 하나 또는 복수 개의 창유리 조립체와 열 처리를 거치지 않은 하나 또는 복수 개의 창유리 조립체를 포함하는 창유리 유닛 제조에 사용되는, 창유리 조립체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 적어도 2개의 창유리 조립체를 포함하는(comprising) 창유리 유닛.
- 제 20항에 있어서, 상기 창유리 유닛은 열 처리를 거친 하나 또는 복수 개의 창유리 조립체와 열 처리를 거치지 않은 하나 또는 복수개의 창유리 조립체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 창유리 유닛.
