Claims (3)
- 각종 굴착공사 중에 발생되는 굴착토사를 처리하는 굴착토사 처리 장치로서, 상기 굴착공사 중에 발생되는 굴착토사를 저장하는 굴착토사 저장용 구덩이(10) 상부에 저장되는 오탁수를 하부에 남게 되는 굴착토사와 분리하여 슬러리 저장조(30)로 이송하여 저장한 후, 응집제를 투입하여 처리하여, 상기 오탁수에 혼합되어 있는 슬러지를 탈수하여 고형화한 후 외부로 반출시키며, 또한 상기 굴착토사 저장용 구덩이(10) 하부에 남아 있던 굴착토사는 고화용 믹서기(20)에 이송한 후 고화제를 투입하여 고형화한 후 반출시키는 굴착토사 고화처리 장치에 있어서,
상기 굴착토사 저장조 구덩이(10)의 상부에 저장된 오탁수는 슬러리 저장조(20)로 이송하여 저장하되, 상기 슬러리 저장조(20)의 내부에 설치된 교반기로 상기 오탁수를 교반시키며, 또한 상기 슬러리 저장조(10)에 저장된 오탁수를 상기 슬러리 저장조(10)와 연결되어 설치된 인라인믹서(40)를 통하여 응집제와 혼합시킨 후, 상기 오탁수를 상기 인라인믹서(40)와 연결된 고속침전조(50)에 통과시키는데, 이 때 상기 인라인믹서(40)를 통과하면서 응집제와 혼합된 오탁수가 플록화 되어 상기 고속 침전조(50)의 상부에는 청등수가 형성되고, 하부에는 상기 오탁수에 미세한 토사가 응집제와 혼합되어 응집된 큰 덩어리인 플록이 형성된 상태로 있게 되며, 상기 고속 침전조(50) 상부에 형성된 청등수는 상기 고속 침전조(50)에 인접하여 설치된 청등수 저장조(60)로 이송되어 저장되며, 상기 오탁수에 혼합되어 있는 슬러지는 압력여과기(70)로 이송되어 상기 플록에서 수분을 제거한 후 탈수하여 고형화한 후 외부로 반출하고, 상기 고속침전조(50)의 상부에 형성되는 정화된 청등수는 중화처리 공정인 PH처리 후 방류 또는 작업수로 재활용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴착토사 고화처리 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 굴착토사 저장용 구덩이(10) 하부에 남아 있던 굴착토사는 고화용 믹서기(20)에 이송하되, 상기 굴착토사에 포함된 수분의 함수비에 따라 고화제를 함께 투입하여 혼합하며, 또한 상기 고화용 믹서기(20)에 투입된 상기 굴착토의 수분 함수비에 따라 고화제의 투입량과 혼합 시간을 조정하며, 또한 상기 고화용 믹서기(20)에서 고화된 상기 굴착토를 배출하여 반출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 굴착토사 고화처리 장치.
