Claims (2)
- 폴리에스터사를 이용하여 제직된 직물 원단의 표면에 용제인 물 40 ~ 65%에 대하여 아크릴 또는 우레탄 바인더 수지가 13 ~ 28%, 실리카가 7 ~ 9%, 발색제가 4 ~ 8%, 폴리비닐아세테이트(PVA)가 6 ~ 8%, 고착제가 5 ~ 7%의 중량비로 혼합된 코팅약제를 코팅처리하여 직물 원단의 표면에 잉크흡수층을 형성하는 공정과;직물 원단의 이면에 원단에 점착제를 도포한 다음 점착제의 성분(수성/유성)에 따라서 110℃ ~ 220℃의 온도로 건조하여 직물 원단의 이면에 점착층을 형성하는 공정과;필름 또는 지류(종이)에 실리콘(silicone)을 얇게 도포한 다음 24시간 이상 경화하여 이형지를 제조하고, 경화된 필름을 직물 원단의 점착층의 이면에 가압시켜 부착한 다음 72 ~ 96시간 동안 숙성하여 이형지에 대한 완전건조가 이루어지도록 함으로써 점착층의 이면에 필름층이 형성되도록 한 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디지털 프린팅 직물지의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 것으로, 폴리에스터사를 이용하여 제직된 직물 원단의 표면에 물 40 ~ 65%에 대하여 아크릴 또는 우레탄 바인더 수지가 13 ~ 28%, 실리카가 7 ~ 9%, 발색제가 4 ~ 8%, 폴리비닐아세테이트(PVA)가 6 ~ 8%, 고착제가 5 ~ 7%의 중량비로 혼합된 코팅약제에 의한 잉크흡수층이 형성되고, 직물 원단의 이면에 점착층이 형성되며, 점착제의 이면에 필름 또는 지류에 실리콘을 도포하여서 된 필름층이 형성된 것임을 특징으로 하는 디지털 프린팅 직물지.
