Gardner Company, Inc.)에서 입수가능한 스터티스티칼 노보-글로스(Statistical Novo-Gloss) 20°광택측정기로 측정되었다. 2 이미지 선명성(DOI)은 헌터 어소시에이츠 도리곤(Hunter Associates Dorigon) II™ DOI 측정기로 측정되었다. 3 재코트 접착성 시험법(크로스 해치 접착성)-표 3의 주석 2에 기술된 미국특허 제6,592,999호에 기술된 시험법을 참조. 4 퀵 나이프 시험법(Quick Knife Testing)은 하기와 같이 수행된다: 전면유리 접착성을 시험하기 위해, 전면유리 접착제의 비드를 1 내지 4시간 안에 크리어 코트 표면에 적용하고, (285℉에서 30분) 최종 베이크한다. 다우 오토모티브(Dow Automotive)에서 구입가능한 베타실 우레탄 습윤 경화 전면유리 접착제 15625가 사용되었다. 약 5mm×5mm×250mm 접착제 비드를 상기 경화된 컬러+투명 기재 위에 위치시켰다. 상기 접착제를 실온(~75℉) 및 20 내지 50% 상대 습도에서 72시간 경화시켰다. 72시간 후, 상기 경화된 접착제 비드를 레이저 블레이드로 커팅하였다. 12mm 간격으로 60°각으로 접착제 비드를 통해 커팅시키면서 접착제의 모서리를 180°각으로 당겼다. 각 시스템당 최소 10컷을 수행하였다. 바람직한 결과는 90 내지 100% 응집파괴도(CF)로 기술된다. 응집파괴도(CF)는 커팅과 당김의 결과 전체 접착제 비드가 손실되는 경우에 발생한다. 접착제 비드와 클리어코트 표면 간에 접착력 손실이 발생하는 경우, 응집파괴도는 0%이다. |
Claims (31)
- (a) 반응성 작용기를 갖는 필름-형성용 중합체;(b) 상기 (a)의 작용기와 반응성인 작용기를 갖는 경화제; 및(c) 하기 (i) 및 (ii)로부터 유도되는 접착-촉진제:(i) 붕산 또는 수성 매질에서 가수분해되어 붕산을 형성하는 붕소-함유 화합물로부터 선택되는 붕산의 등가물, 및(ii) 적어도 부분적으로는 1,3-폴리올인 다가 폴리올 및 폴리카복실산의 축합으로부터 제조되는, 두 개 이상의 말단 하이드록실기를 갖는 에스터를 포함하며, 이때 상기 붕산 또는 이의 등가물 대 하이드록실의 당량비가 0.1:1 보다 크며, 1,3-폴리올 대 폴리카복실산의 당량비가 2:1 보다 큰, 열경화성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 필름-형성용 중합체의 작용기가 하이드록실, 1차 아미노, 2차 아미노, 카복실산, 에폭시, 카바메이트, 아마이드, 우레아 및 이들의 상용성(compatible) 혼합물 중에서 선택되는, 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 작용기가 하이드록실, 카바메이트 및 이들의 상용성 혼합물 중에서 선택되는, 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 경화제의 작용기가 블록화 이소시아네이트를 비롯한 이소시아네이트, 메틸올 에터를 비롯한 메틸올, 에폭시, 카복실산, 무수물 및 이들의 상용성 혼합물 중에서 선택되는, 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 경화제가 블록화 이소시아네이트를 비롯한 이소시아네이트 및 아미노플라스트 중에서 선택되는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (i)이 붕산, 붕산 에스터, 금속 보레이트 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는, 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,(i)이 에스터기 내 탄소수 1 내지 6의 붕산 에스터인, 조성물.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 붕산 에스터가 트라이메틸 보레이트, 트라이이소프로필 보레이트 및 트라이페닐 보레이트 중에서 선택되는, 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(c)가 경화성 조성물 중에 존재하는 수지 고형분의 총 중량을 기준으로 0.001 내지 5 중량%의 붕소 함량을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 상기 조성물 중에 존재하는, 조성물.

- 한 층 이상이 열경화성 조성물로 형성되는 2 층 이상의 중합체 층으로 되어 있고, 기재 상에 형성된 제 1 중합체 층 및 상기 제 1 중합체 층의 적어도 일부 상에 형성된 제 2 중합체 층을 포함하는 다층 복합체로서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 중합체 층의 하나 또는 둘 다 내에, 상기 제 1 중합체 층과 상기 제 2 중합체 층의 층간 접착성을 개선시키기 위한 접착-촉진제를 포함하고,상기 접착-촉진제가(i) 붕산 또는 수성 매질에서 가수분해되어 붕산을 형성하는 붕소-함유 화합물로부터 선택되는 붕산의 등가물, 및(ii) 적어도 부분적으로는 1,3-폴리올인 다가 폴리올 및 폴리카복실산의 축합으로부터 제조되는, 두 개 이상의 말단 하이드록실기를 갖는 에스터로부터 유도되며, 이때 상기 붕산 또는 이의 등가물 대 하이드록실의 당량비가 0.1:1 보다 크며, 1,3-폴리올 대 폴리카복실산의 당량비가 2:1 보다 큰, 다층 복합체.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 중합체 층 및 상기 제 2 중합체 층의 하나 또는 둘 다가 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 또는 제 11 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 열경화성 조성물로부터 형성되는 경화층을 포함하는, 다층 복합체.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,필름-형성용 중합체 (a)가 아크릴계 중합체, 폴리에스터 중합체, 폴리우레탄 중합체 및 이들의 혼합물 중에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 중합체를 포함하는, 다층 복합체.
