Claims (6)
- BMP-7에 존재하는 15개의 아미노산 서열로 이루어져 골아세포분화 또는 골형성을 촉진하는 골형성촉진용 합성펩타이드로서,상기 펩타이드는 하기 서열번호 1인 폴리펩타이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 골형성촉진용 합성펩타이드.<서열번호1>Gly-Gln-Gly-Phe-Ser-Tyr-Pro-Tyr-Lys-Ala-Val-Phe-Ser-Thr-Gln
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,골아세포분화 또는 골형성을 촉진하기 위한 상기 합성 펩타이드의 첨가함량은 제약상 또는 수의학상 허용가능한 액체 1㎖ 당 0.1 내지 2 ㎍인 것을 특징으로 하는 골형성촉진용 합성펩타이드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항의 골형성촉진용 합성펩타이드 또는 그의 무독성염과 제약상 또는 수의학상 허용가능한 액체 또는 고체 담체를 포함하는 골형성촉진기능성 약학조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 합성펩타이드 또는 그의 무독성염은 골다공증, 골관절염 및 골결손질환 치료를 위한 유효성분으로 작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골형성촉진기능성 약학조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항의 골형성촉진용 합성펩타이드 또는 그의 무독성염과 배지 제조시 허용가능한 액체 또는 고체 담체를 포함하는 골아세포배지조성물.
