이동 단말로부터 이동 단말의 위치 정보(GPS)를 수신받아 상기 이동 단말의 위치정보 주변에 위치하여 상기 이동 단말의 위치정보와 매핑되는 전자게시대를 상기 데이터베이스에 저장된 전자게시대의 위치정보 비교를 통해 추출하고, 요청시간 기준으로 전후 설정시간 동안 디스플레이되는 상기 추출된 전자게시대의 디스플레이 광고 목록을 상기 이동 단말로 전송하고, 상기 광고 목록 중 이동 단말로부터 요청된 광고 데이터에 매핑되는 세부 광고 컨텐츠 데이터를 전송하는 컨텐츠 제공 모듈과,
상기 전자게시대 관리 서버에 접수된 광고의 광고 업체로부터 광고비에 대한 과금을 수행하고 이동 단말로부터 상기 세부 광고 컨텐츠가 요청된 횟수를 카운트하고, 상기 횟수에 따라 해당 광고 업체에 과금을 수행하는 과금모듈 및,
이동 단말로부터 상기 세부 광고 컨텐츠가 요청된 횟수를 카운트하여 광고 별 인기도를 산출하고, 광고 대상의 산업 별로 구분된 랭킹을 추출하는 통계 모듈을 포함하는 전자게시대 관리 서버와;
상기 전자게시대 관리 서버로부터 전송된 광고데이터를 디스플레이하는 LED, LCD, PDP, OLED, 전자종이 중 선택된 어느 하나의 디스플레이 수단으로 구성된 전자 게시대 및;
위치정보(GPS) 수신 기능을 구비하고, 수신된 위치 정보를 상기 전자게시대 관리 서버에 전송하여 전자게시대의 광고 목록을 요청하고, 상기 전자게시대 관리 서버로부터 상기 수신된 위치 정보에 매핑된 전자게시대의 광고 목록을 수신받고, 상기 광고 목록 중 원하는 광고 데이터에 대한 세부 광고 컨텐츠 데이터를 요청하고, 상기 요청된 세부 광고 컨텐츠 데이터를 상기 전자게시대의 컨텐츠 제공 모듈로부터 전송받아 출력하는 이동 단말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 게시대 시스템.
