Claims (10)
- 사용자에 의해 직접 조작되는 회전스위치와, 다수의 버튼스위치가 구비되는 컨트롤패널;상기 컨트롤패널의 앞면 외관을 형성하는 터치패널;상기 터치패널에 형성되어 상기 회전스위치가 관통되는 공간을 제공하는 스위치홀; 및상기 스위치홀의 테두리 부분에 결합되어 상기 회전스위치와 동일 중심을 가지면서, 회로가 인쇄된 회로기판에 선택적으로 탈착 가능하게 체결되는 스위치링; 을 포함하여 구성되는 조리기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 터치패널는 투명부재인 조리기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스위치링은 상기 스위치홀의 테두리 부분에 끼움 결합되는 조리기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컨트롤패널은 음식물이 요리되는 공간을 제공하는 조리실을 선택적으로 개폐하는 도어에 형성되는 조리기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 회전스위치의 최대 단면적은 상기 스위치홀의 단면적보다 넓게 형성되는 조리기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스위치링은,상기 스위치홀에 끼움 결합되는 결합부; 및상기 회로기판에 결합되면서 상기 결합부를 지지하는 지지부; 를 포함하여 구성되는 조리기기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 결합부와 상기 지지부는 일체로 형성되는 조리기기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 스위치링에는 상기 스위치홀의 테두리 부분에 끼움 결합되는 결합홈이 형성되는 조리기기.
- 사용자가 조작하는 회전스위치가 회로가 인쇄된 회로기판에 고정되는 엔코더에 결합되는 단계;상기 회로기판에 상기 회전스위치의 중심과 동일한 중심을 가지면서 회전스위치의 결합 위치를 안내하는 스위치링이 체결되는 단계; 및상기 스위치링이 컨트롤패널의 앞면 외관을 형성하는 터치패널에 결합되는 단계; 를 포함하여 구성되는 조리기기의 조립방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 회전스위치는 상기 회전스위치가 관통되는 공간을 제공하도록 상기 터치패널은 스위치홀의 테두리 부분에 체결되는 조리기기의 조립방법.
