Claims (9)
- 원통형의 롤러바디(20)를 구비하고, 상기 롤러바디(20)의 양측에 중심축(26)을 결합한 것을 포함하는 열연(후판) 장치의 롤러테이블용 대형 롤러에 있어서,상기 롤러바디(20)를 주조법으로 제조하고, 상기 롤러바디(20)의 표면에 열충격을 흡수하는 열충격 완충부(21)를 형성하되,상기 롤러바디(20)는 전체 중량 100 중량%를 기준으로 할 때 카본(C) 0.3~0.9 중량%, 규소(Si) 0.3~0.6 중량%, 망간(Mn) 0.6~1.5 중량%, 인(P) 0.05 중량%, 유황(S) 0.05중량%, 크롬(Cr) 1.0~4.0 중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 0.2~1.5 중량%, 바나듐(V) 0.2~1.5중량%를 함유하며, 나머지 성분이 철(Fe)로 이루어지며,사각형 또는 벌집모양(육각형)을 포함하는 다각형으로 형성된 열충격 완충부(21)를 상기 롤러바디(20)의 표면에 형성하되,상기 열충격 완충부(21)는 롤러바디(20)의 표면을 다수의 공간으로 구획하고, 상기 구획된 롤러바디(20)의 표면을 저주파 열처리하여 경도를 강화시킨 경화층(22)과, 상기 경화층(22)의 주변에 크랙의 연속적인 발생을 억제하도록 요입 형성한 경계홈(23)으로 구성하며,상기 롤러바디(20)의 내주면상에 유선형으로 휘어지게 다수의 열교환핀(24)을 내향 돌출 형성하고, 중심축(26)의 외주연에는 열교환용 방열홀(26a)을 형성것을 특징으로 하는 열연(후연) 장치의 롤러테이블용 대형 롤러.
