Claims (15)
- 오염 제어 장치에 오염 제어 요소를 장착하기 위한 매트이며,상기 매트는 적어도 알루미나 섬유 층과 세라믹 섬유 층을 포함하고, 상기 알루미나 섬유 층 대 상기 세라믹 섬유 층의 중량비는 3:11 내지 11:3이고, 상기 매트는 장기간 동안 800℃를 초과하는 고온에 노출되더라도 보유 강도를 유지하는 매트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알루미나 섬유 층과 상기 세라믹 섬유 층은 보조 결합 수단을 사용하지 않고 단일 시트를 형성하는 매트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 섬유 층을 구성하는 세라믹 섬유는 700 내지 1200℃의 온도에서 어닐링되는 매트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나 섬유층은 알루미나 및 실리카를 함유하는 혼합물로 형성되는 결정 알루미나 섬유를 함유하고, 상기 알루미나 섬유의 알루미나 함유량은 50중량% 이상이고, 세라믹 섬유층은 알루미나 및 실리카를 함유하는 혼합물로 형성되는 세라믹 섬유를 함유하고, 상기 세라믹 섬유의 실리카 함유량은 45중량% 이상인 매트.
- 오염 제어 장치이며,하우징과,상기 하우징 내에 장착되는 오염 제어 요소와,상기 하우징 내에 상기 오염 제어 요소를 장착하기 위해 상기 하우징과 상기 오염 제어 요소 사이에 배치되는 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항의 매트를 포함하는 오염 제어 장치.
