Claims (44)
- 압축기의 저압측으로부터 유체를 수용하고, 상기 압축기의 고압측으로 유체를 아웃풋하는 압축기;상기 압축기와 구동되도록 연결된 모터;상기 압축기의 상기 고압측의 유체 특성을 측정하도록 작동가능한 적어도 하나의 고압측 센서;상기 모터로부터 검지된 전류를 모니터하도록 작동가능한 적어도 하나의 전류 센서; 및상기 적어도 하나의 고압측 센서와 상기 적어도 하나의 전류 센서로부터 유체 특성과 전류 정보를 수신하고 상기 유체 특성과 전류 정보를 처리하여 시스템의 작동 상태를 판정하며, 상기 유체 특성과 전류 정보 중 어느 하나와 다른 하나를 비교하여 상기 시스템의 작동 상태를 판정하는 프로세스 회로;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 고압측 센서는 상기 압축기로부터 상기 유체 유동의 압력을 측정하도록 작동가능한 압력 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서는 상기 압축기의 방출구에 근접하여 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 고압측 센서는 상기 압축기로부터 상기 유체 유동의 온도를 모니터하도록 작동하는 온도 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서는 서미스터인 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 온도 센서는 상기 압축기에 유체 연통하도록 연결된 열교환기에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기는 응축기인 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 열교환기는 증발기인 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축기로의 유체 유동의 유체 특성을 측정하도록 작동하는 저압측 센서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 저압측 센서는 상기 압축기로의 상기 유체 유동의 압력을 모니터하도록 작동하는 압력 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서는 상기 압축기의 입구에 근접하여 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,대기 온도 센서를 더 포함하고,상기 프로세스 회로는 상기 대기 온도 센서로부터 대기 온도 정보를 수신하고 상기 정보를 처리하여 상기 시스템 작동 상태를 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 프로세스 회로로부터의 신호에 응답하여 상기 모터에 동력을 선택적으로 제한하도록 작동가능한 동력 차단 장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 시스템 작동 상태를 기록하여 저장하도록 상기 프로세스 회로와 통신하는 진단 시스템을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 환경 조절 시스템.

- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 고압측 센서는 상기 압축기로부터의 상기 유체 유동의 압력을 측정하도록 작동가능한 압력 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 조립체.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 압력 센서는 상기 압축기의 방출구에 근접하여 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 조립체.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 고압측 센서는 상기 압축기로부터의 상기 유체 유동의 온도를 모니터하도록 작동가능한 온도 센서인 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기 조립체.
