Claims (8)
- 물을 제외한 전체 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여 메타아크릴산 에스테르 단량체 40 내지 50 중량부, 아크릴산 에스테르 단량체 40 내지 50 중량부, 카르복실기를 갖는 에틸렌성 메타크릴산 1 내지 10 중량부, 탄소수 1 내지 5 범위의 풀루오로 알킬(fluoro alkyl) 0.5 내지 5 중량부, 음이온성 계면활성제 0.5 내지 2 중량부, 및 반응개시제 0.1 내지 1 중량부를 포함하여 이루어지는 불소계 변성 아크릴레이트계 조성물이, 고형분 함량 30 내지 50 중량% 범위로 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 인공녹청 형성용 불소계 변성 아크릴 에멀젼 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 메타아크릴산 에스테르 단량체는 n-부틸메타아크릴레이트, 2-에틸헥실메타아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공녹청 형성용 불소계 변성 아크릴 에멀젼 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 아크릴산 에스테르 단량체는 스티렌, 부틸아크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공녹청 형성용 불소계 변성 아크릴 에멀젼 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 카르복실기를 갖는 에틸렌성 메타크릴산는 메타아크릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공녹청 형성용 불소계 변성 아크릴 에멀젼 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 음이온성 계면활성제는 소듐 디알킬 설퍼석시네이트(sodium dialkyl ulfsuccinate)계 계면활성제, 소듐 자일렌 설페이트(sodium xylene sulfate)계 계면활성제 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 인공녹청 형성용 불소계 변성 아크릴 에멀젼 조성물.
- 1) 메타아크릴산 에스테르 단량체, 아크릴산 에스테르 단량체, 카르복실기를 갖는 에틸렌성 메타크릴산, 음이온성 계면활성제 및 반응개시제 혼합물을 제조하되, 상기 각 성분의 사용량은 청구항 1에 준한 사용량의 10 내지 20 % 범위가 되도록 하여 1차 반응액을 제조하는 단계,2) 상기 1차 반응액 사용량의 나머지량으로 메타아크릴산 에스테르 단량체, 아크릴산 에스테르 단량체, 카르복실기를 갖는 에틸렌성 메타크릴산, 음이온성 계 면활성제 및 탄소수 1 내지 5 범위의 풀루오로 알킬(fluoro alkyl)을 포함하는 2차 반응액을 제조하는 단계, 및,3) 상기 1차 반응액에 2차 반응액을 2 내지 30 ml/min 범위로 적하하고 10 내지 100 rpm으로 교반하며, 반응개시제를 이와 별도로 적하하여 에멀젼을 중합하고, 숙성, 검화 및 중화하여 고형분 30 내지 50 중량%의 에멀젼을 제조하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 인공녹청 형성용 불소계 변성 아크릴 에멀젼 조성물의 제조방법.
- 1) 구리부재의 표면을 거칠게 하여 표면적을 넓히는 단계;2) 상기 표면적이 넓어진 구리부재의 표면을 탈지하는 단계;3) 상기 탈지된 구리부재 표면에 구리부재 부식용 부식액을 도포하는 단계;4) 상기 부식액이 도포된 구리부재를 방치하여 녹청을 형성시키는 단계;5) 상기 단계 3)과 상기 단계 4)를 반복하는 단계; 및6) 상기 구리부재에 형성된 녹청 표면상에 청구항 1 내지 5 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 인공 녹청 형성용 불소계 변성 아크릴 에멀젼 조성물을 도포하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리부재의 인공녹청 형성방법.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 단계 5)와 단계 6) 사이에 부식액이 도포된 구리부재를 세척 및 건조시키는 단계가 추가되어 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리부재의 인공녹청 형성방법.
