Description
Claims (14)
- 공유된 외부 하우징(16) 내에 차례로 배치되고, 요구되는 상이한 크기의 유지력으로 인해 상이한 유지력으로 외부 하우징(16) 내에서 주변이 클램핑되는 2개 이상의 배기 가스 정화 인서트를 구비하는 배기 가스 정화 장치에 있어서,상기 외부 하우징(16)은 유동 방향(S)으로 양 인서트에 걸쳐 분할되지 않은 상태로 연장되고 인서트 영역에서 동일한 내경을 가지며,각 인서트와 외부 하우징(16) 사이에 탄성 균등화 부재가 마련되고,상기 탄성 균등화 부재는 인서트에 상이한 유지력을 가하도록 상이한 구성으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 인서트는 기판인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기판은 상이한 기판 중량, 또는 상이한 파괴 강도, 또는 상이한 기판 중량과 파괴 강도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 인서트는 미립자 필터(10)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 인서트는 촉매 컨버터(8)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 하우징(16)과 인서트는 원통형인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 균등화 부재는 압축성이 상이한 지지 매트(12, 14)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 균등화 부재는 단위 면적당 중량이 상이한 지지 매트(12, 14)인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 인서트는 횡단면 치수와 횡단면 형태가 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 하우징(16)은 인서트들 사이에 반경 방향 중간벽이 없도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 하우징은 랩어라운드(wrap around) 하우징인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 하우징(16)은 보다 작은 외측 치수로 조정되거나 쉘 하우징 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성 균등화 부재와 함께 인서트는 외부 하우징(16) 내에 채워서 삽입되고 외부 하우징 내에 클램핑되는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성 균등화 부재는 내측이 인서트에 대해 놓이고 외측이 외부 하우징(16)에 대해 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 배기 가스 정화 장치.
