Description
Claims (14)
- 접합 내화 주형의 주형 공동부를 형성하는 기체 투과성 주형 벽을 가열하는 방법으로서,주형 공동부로 용융된 금속 물질을 주조하기 전에 고온 기체 급원으로부터 고온 기체가 상기 주형 공동부와 상기 기체 투과성 주형 벽을 통과하여 상기 주형의 외부 영역으로 흐르게 하는 단계를 포함하여,상기 주형 벽의 내부 표면에서 주조 온도에 이를 수 있게 하고, 고온 기체 흐름이 멈춘 후이고 상기 주형 공동부로 용융된 금속 물질을 주조하기 이전에, 상기 내부 표면 및 상기 주형의 내부 영역과 외부 영역 사이에 온도 구배가 상기 주형 공동부 내의 상기 용융된 금속 물질의 고형화 상의 주조 결함을 줄일 수 있도록 하며, 상기 고온은 427℃ 내지 1204℃ 범위의 온도인, 가열 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부 영역의 압력이 주형 공동부 내의 압력 보다 낮은 것이 특징인, 가열 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주형 벽은 주형 공동부로부터 주형 벽을 따라 외부 영역 쪽으로 압력 강하를 형성시키는 기체 투과성을 구비하는 것이 특징인, 가열 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서, 주형을 미립자 지지매질로 둘러싸는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 가열 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주형의 온도가 주형을 통과하는 기체 흐름의 온도 조절을 통해 조정되는 것이 특징인, 가열 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주형을 예열하는 단계 및 주형 공동부와 주형 벽을 통해 냉각 기체를 유동시켜 상기 예열로 상승된 온도를 감소시키는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 가열 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주형 공동부 및 주형 벽을 통해 흐르는 고온 기체 흐름을 증가시켜 접합 내화 주형 벽의 가열을 가속시키는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 가열 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주형 벽의 내면에서부터 미립자 지지매질내까지 열 구배가 형성되어, 고온 기체 흐름이 중지되고 이러한 주형 공동부 내에서 용융 금속 또는 합금이 주조되기 전에 주형 벽의 온도 손실이 감소되는 것이 특징인, 가열 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 미립자 지지매질이 주형 공동부에서 용융 금속 또는 합금을 주조하기 전에 예열되는 것이 특징인, 가열 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주형을 가열 챔버 내에서 예열시키는 단계, 그 다음 상기 주형을 상기 가열 챔버에서 주조 챔버로 이동시켜 주형을 냉각시키는 단계 및 이러한 주형을 재가열시켜 고온 기체를 주형 공동부와 주형 벽을 통해 흐르게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징인, 가열 방법.
