Description
Claims (14)
- 쓰레기를 건조시키고 점화하여 연소시켜서 연소배가스(3)와의 열교환에 의해 증기(2, 2a)를 생성하는 보일러(1)로서, 상기 연소배가스(3)는 쓰레기(9)의 소각결과이며, 상기 보일러는 기체들의 주 유동방향(5)을 한정하며, 상기 보일러(1)는 분리요소(4) 및 최종 과열기(8)를 포함하며, 상기 분리요소(4)는 소각결과물인 연소배가스(3)가 발생되는 보일러(1)의 일 측벽에 설치되어 실질적으로 상기 주 유동방향(5)을 따라서 위치하며, 상기 연소배가스(3)를 부식성이 적은 기체류(6)와 부식성 기체류(7)로 분리하도록 되어 있으며, 상기 최종 과열기(8)는 상기 분리요소(4)에 근접하여 상기 부식성이 적은 기체류(6) 속에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리요소(4)는 플레이트(4a) 또는 벽(4b)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 분리요소(4) 다수가 채널을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리요소(4)는 관(4c)으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 관(4c)은 상기 부식성이 적은 기체류(6)와 상기 부식성 기체류(7) 사이의 주 유동방향(5)을 따라서 재순환하는 차가운 청정 연소배가스를 송풍하여 이들 기체류(6, 7)가 주 유동방향(5)으로 두 개의 분리된 기체류로 이어지도록 하나 이상의 노즐(4d)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 관은 실질적으로 상기 주 유동방향(5)에 수직하게 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리요소(4)는 상기 주 유동방향(5)에 실질적으로 수직한 방향으로 움직일 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 분리요소(4) 또는 채널은 상기 보일러(1)의 벽에 매달리게 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부식성이 적은 기체(6)와 부식성 기체(7)는 하나 이상의 과열기(11) 및 방사대의 증발벽에 의해 냉각되며, 이 과열기는 섭씨 300 내지 450도의 증기(2)를 생성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 증기(2)는 최종 과열기(8)에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 최종 과열기(8)는 상기 증기(2)를 가열하여 온도가 상승한 증기(2a)로 만들어서 상기 증기(2)의 온도와 비교하여 온도가 섭씨 25 내지 200도 증가하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 부식성이 적은 기체(6)는 기본적으로 Cl, K, Na, Zn 및 Pb가 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부식성 기체(7)는 Cl, K, Na, Zn 및 Pb 중의 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 이차공기를 송풍하여 상기 부식성이 적은 기체(6)와 상기 부식성 기체(7)를 효과적으로 혼합하여, 상기 혼합물이 상기 보일러의 상단대(13)에 도달하기 전에 효과적으로 연소될 수 있게 된 송풍부(12)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 섭씨 약 450도의 증기(2a)는 상기 증기가 발전기(15)를 구동하는 증기터빈(14)에 공급될 때 전기를 생산하는데 이용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 보일러.
