Claims (6)
- 리듀서(2), 로크너트(3) 및 몸체(1)를 포함하여 구성된 금속제 케이블그랜드의 제작방법에 있어서,상기 리듀서(2)와 로크너트(3)는 냉간단조 공정(S 10)에 의해 키홈(2a, 3a)이 가공되고 선반가공 공정(S 20)에 의해 내경, 외경, 길이 및 나사 가공되며,상기 몸체(1)는 냉간단조 공정(S 10)에 의해 내경이 가공되고 선반가공 공정(S 20)에 의해 내경, 외경, 길이 및 나사 가공되며,상기 리듀서(2)와 로크너트(3)의 일측에는 냉간단조 공정(S 10)에 의해 풀림방지 역나사(2b, 3b)가 형성되는 것이 특징인 케이블그랜드의 제작방법
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 리듀서(2), 로크너트(3) 및 몸체(1)는 선반가공 공정(S 20) 후 산질화 열처리 공정(S 30)으로 표면처리가 이루어지는 것이 특징인 케이블그랜드의 제작방법
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 산질화열처리 공정(S 30)은 암모니아 가스 중 산소를 첨가한 분위기 속에 질화처리하거나 질화처리 후 수증기를 투입하여 피처리물 표면에 산화층(Fe3O4) 을 생성시켜 내식성, 내마모성, 내피로성, 강도향상 등을 도모하는 것이 특징인 케이블그랜드의 제작방법
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제작되는 것이 특징인 케이블그랜드
- 삭제
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 케이블그랜드의 재료는 기계구조용 탄소강재나 일반구조용 압연강재 중 어느 하나인 것이 특징인 케이블그랜드
