Claims (39)
- 개별적으로 밀봉된 인접하는 복수의 저장 챔버를 포함하는 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기로서,각 저장 챔버는 실질적으로 인접하고 외주 밀봉부에 의해 외주에서 접합된 서로 간격을 두고 떨어진 한 쌍의 평평한 패널로 형성되고, 각 저장 챔버는 대기압보다 높은 압력을 견딜 수 있으며,인접한 저장 챔버들은 그들 사이에 적어도 하나의 유체 통로를 포함하고, 충격을 받는 경우 외주 밀봉부가 저장용기의 다른 부분보다 먼저 깨지거나 균열이 생기도록 상기 외주 밀봉부가 상기 저장용기의 다른 부분보다 상대적으로 약하게 되어 있는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 평평한 패널들은 상기 인접한 평평한 패널들 사이에서 서로 마주보는 패널 표면(들) 중 적어도 하나로부터 측방향으로 신장된 복수의 표면 특징부들 사이의 상호 접촉에 의해 간격을 두고 떨어지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 인접한 저장 챔버들 사이의 적어도 하나의 상기 유체 통로 및/또는 상기 표면 특징부는, 저장 챔버들 사이의 및/또는 손상된 외주 밀봉부를 통과하는 유체의 흐름양을 감소시키는 우회 유체로를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유체물은 가연성 액체 또는 기체 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유체물은 연소성 연료인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 유체물은 압축 수소 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 유체물은 액화 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 유체물은 압축 탄화수소 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는 , 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 유체물은 액화 탄화수소 가스인 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 저장용기는 일체형의 용기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 유체 통로는 인접한 저장 챔버들 사이에서 유체 및 유체 증기의 통과를 허용하고/하거나 인접한 저장 챔버들 사이에서 벤팅을 허용하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 유체 통로는 상기 저장 챔버들 중 하나 내에서 양쪽의 서로 엇갈린 말단부에 위치하게 되는 유체 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 인접한 챔버는 적어도 두 개의 유체 통로를 포함하여, 침강된 액체는 제 1 유체통로를 통해, 그리고 가스 또는 기체는 제 2 유체통로를 통해 동시에 이동하는 것이 허용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 패널 표면(들)로부터 측방향으로 신장된 상기 표면 특징부는 주름으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 인접한 패널들에서 주름의 길이방향 축선이 서로 반대 방향으로 기울어져 있어, 인접한 패널들 사이에 복수의 접점을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 제 15 항 또는 16 항에 있어서, 상기 주름은 지그재그형 또는 헤링본 패턴(herringbone pattern)으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기.
- 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기를 조립하는 방법으로서, 그 저장용기는 개별적으로 밀봉된 인접하는 복수의 저장 챔버를 포함하고, 각 저장 챔버는 대기압보다 높은 압력을 견딜 수 있으며, 인접한 저장 챔버들은 그들 사이에 적어도 하나의 유체 통로를 포함하고, 상기 저장 챔버들은 충격을 받는 경우 외주 밀봉부가 저장용기의 다른 부분보다 먼저 깨지거나 균열이 생기도록 상기 용기의 다른 부분들보다 상대적으로 약하게 되어 있는 외주 밀봉부를 포함하는 저장용기의 조립방법에 있어서,i) 인접한 패널들 간의 적어도 하나의 마주보는 패널 표면으로부터 측방향으로 신장된 복수의 표면 특징부 사이의 상호 접촉으로 복수의 패널을 함께 인접하게 하는 단계,ⅱ) 패널들을 함께 조립하여, 인접한 패널들이 그 사이에 적어도 하나의 유체 통로를 포함하는 패널 팩(pack)을 형성하는 단계, 및ⅲ) 상기 패널 팩에 있는 인접한 패널들의 외주를 상기 외주 밀봉부로 밀봉하여, 각각의 저장 챔버가 인접한 패널들 사이에 적어도 하나의 유체 통로에 의해 서로 연결된, 저장 챔버들을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는,유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 인접한 패널들은 서로 간격을 두고 떨어지고 실질적으로 인접한 한 쌍의 평평한 패널을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.
- 제 18 항 또는 19 항에 있어서, 상기 패널들은 상기 인접 패널들 사이에서 서로 마주보는 패널 표면(들) 중 적어도 하나로부터 측방향으로 신장된 복수의 표면 특징부들 사이의 상호 접촉에 의해 간격을 두고 떨어지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.
- 제 18 항 또는 19 항에 있어서, 상기 인접한 챔버들 사이의 적어도 하나의 상기 유체 통로 및/또는 상기 표면 특징부는, 저장 챔버들 사이의 및/또는 손상된 외주 밀봉부를 통과하는 유체의 흐름양을 감소시키는 우회 유체로를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.
- 제 18 항 또는 19 항에 있어서, 상기 저장용기는 일체형의 용기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.
- 제 18 항 또는 19 항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 상기 유체 통로는 인접한 저장 챔버들 사이에서 연료 및 연료 기체의 통과를 허용하고/하거나 인접한 저장 챔버들 사이에서 벤팅을 허용하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.
- 제 23 항에 있어서, 인접한 챔버들 사이의 적어도 하나의 상기 유체 통로는 상기 저장 챔버들 중 하나 내에서 양쪽의 서로 엇갈린 말단부에 위치하게 되는 유체 통로를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.

- 제 18 항 또는 19 항에 있어서, 상기 패널들은 양 끝단 패널 사이에서 상기 패널들을 클램핑함으로써 함께 조립되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.
- 제 18 항 또는 19 항에 있어서, 상기 외주 밀봉부는 탄성중합 재료, 비활성 압축 시멘티드 섬유와 같은 화학적으로 비활성인 재료로 된 가스켓, 또는 접합되거나, 융합되거나 또는 브레이징된 밀봉부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.
- 제 18 항 또는 19 항에 있어서, 상기 패널 팩은 양 끝단 패널들 사이에 클램프되기 전에 일체형 유닛으로 조립되고 연결부(입구 및 출구 밸브, 벤트 및 드레인)가 완비되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 유체물을 저장하기 위한 저장용기 조립방법.
