- 삭제
- 공급 포트와 배출 포트 및 배기 포트를 갖는 중공형의 메인 바디와, 상기 메인 바디의 중공부 내에 축 방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되어 이송위치에 따라 각 포트로의 유체 흐름을 단속하는 스풀을 포함하되, 상기 스풀의 일측 단부에 체결된 마그네트 실드와, 상기 메인 바디의 중공부 내에 설치되어 상기 마그네트 실드가 수용되어 있는 슬리브와, 상기 슬리브와 상기 마그네트 실드 사이의 스풀에 위치하여 상기 스풀을 축 방향으로 이송시켜 상기 공급 포트가 평상시 닫힌 상태를 유지하도록 하는 안전용 코일 스프링과, 상기 마그네트 실드와 상기 슬리브에 설치되어 상기 스풀의 위치를 피드백 받아 위치 신호를 컨트롤부로 연결해 주는 퍼머넌트 마그네트 및 선형 홀 센서와, 밸브 바디의 일측에 설치되어 상기 스풀을 축 방향으로 이동시켜 상기 공급 포트가 열린 상태를 유지하도록 하는 압전소자로 구성된 공압 서보밸브에 있어서,상기 압전소자는 다수의 장볼트에 의해 컨트롤부를 수용하고 있는 컨트롤부 캡과 함께 상기 밸브 바디의 일측에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전방식에 의한 공압 서보밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 압전소자는 피에조 홀더의 중앙부에 판 형상의 탄성체부재가 마련되고, 상기 탄성체부재의 양면 중앙부에 원판 형상의 압전 세라믹구조로 의해 전기적 에너지를 인가하면 원뿔 형상의 기계적 거리 변위량으로 변환되는 구조를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전방식의 공압 서보밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 마그네트 실드 내의 퍼머넌트 마그네트에 의해 가해지는 자기력의 변화에 의해 상기 스풀의 위치를 감지하는 선형 홀 센서가 상기 슬리브에 매설되고, 상기 컨트롤부는 상기 선형 홀 센서에 의해 피드백되는 상기 스풀의 위치를 확인한 후 압전소자에 가해지는 전류량의 세기와 방향을 조절하여 스풀의 위치를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 압전방식의 공압 서보밸브.
