Claims (2)
- 공급포트와 배출포트 및 배기포트를 갖는 중공형의 메인바디와; 상기 메인바디의 중공부에 내장되며, 상기 각 포트와 연통되는 슬롯을 가지며, 또한 내부에 챔버를 갖는 슬리브와; 상기 중공부내에 축방향으로 슬라이딩 가능하게 설치되어 이송위치에 따라 각 포트로의 유체흐름을 단속하는 스풀과; 상기 메인바디의 일측에 설치되어 전기적인 신호에 따라 스풀의 위치를 제어하는 토크모터와; 상기 스풀의 위치를 피드백 받아서 위치오차를 보상해 주는 스풀위치 검출수단을 갖는 공압 서보밸브에 있어서;상기 토크모터와 연결되는 스풀의 연결로드상에 나선홈이 형성됨을 포함하며, 이 나선홈상에 볼을 매개로 결합되어 스풀의 직선운동시 회전되는 볼너트와, 상기 스풀이 정지된 시점에서 볼너트가 회전되지 않게 잡아주는 전자브레이크로 이루어진 스풀 고정수단이 구비된 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공압 서보밸브.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스풀의 위치검출수단은 볼너트의 회전수를 감지하므로써 스풀의 위치를 검출하는 로터리 엔코더인 것을 특징으로 하는 공압 서보밸브.
