Claims (2)
- 운전자가 밟은 페달의 압력을 마스터실린더(100)로 전달하는 제1피스톤(200)과, 상기 제1피스톤(200) 내부에서 오일의 흐름을 제어하는 제1밸브()와, 상기 제1피스톤(200)의 전진 동작에 의해 전진되는 제2피스톤(300)과, 상기 제2피스톤(300)의 내부에서 오일의 흐름을 제어하는 제2밸브(330)와, 상기 제1피스톤(200)과 제2피스톤(300) 사이에서 오일을 압축할 수 있도록 마련하는 제1챔버(210)와, 상기 제1피스톤(200)과 제2피스톤(300) 사이에 설치되어 제1피스톤(200)의 동작을 제2피스톤(300)에 전달하는 제1스프링(220)과, 상기 제2피스톤(300)과 마스터실린더(100)의 내벽 사이에서 오일을 압축할 수 있도록 마련하는 제2챔버(310)와, 상기 제2피스톤(300)과 마스터실린더(100)의 내벽 사이에 설치되어 제2피스톤(300)을 탄성지지하는 제2스프링(320)과, 상기 제2피스톤(300)의 외주면에 형성되는 시뮬레이션 챔버(430)와, 상기 시뮬레이션 챔버(430)에 개구부(130)에 의해 연결되는 시뮬레이터(400)로 구성된 마스터실린더에 있어서,상기 시뮬레이터(400)는 실링요소(411)를 가지는 시뮬레이션 피스톤(410)과, 상기 시물레이션 피스톤(410)의 하측에 구비되어 상기 시뮬레이션 피스톤(410)을 탄성 지지하는 엘라스토머(Elastomer,420)를 포함하고,상기 엘라스토머(420)는 그 윗면에 돌출부(421)를 형성하고,상기 돌출부(421)는 상기 시뮬레이션 피스톤(410)에 접촉되어 상기 시뮬레이션 피스톤(410)과 상기 엘라스토머(420) 사이에 갭(422)을 형성하고,상기 갭(422)은 상기 엘라스토머(420)가 탄성체로서의 특성을 나타내기까지 초기 간극을 형성하는 전자식 유압브레이크용 마스터실린더.
