Claims (1)
- 전로정련, 버블링공정(BAP), 및 탈가스처리설비에서 행해지는 2차정련공정을 포함하는 무방형성 전기강판용 강의 제조방법에 있어서,상기 전로정련시 염기도[(%CaO)/(%SiO2)]를 5.5이상으로 하고, 종점산소가 600ppm이상이 되도록 부원료를 투입하고; 버블링공정에서 [P]의 함량이 0.020%이하가 되도록 하고; 그리고 상기 2차 정련시 도착용강중의 산소가 600ppm이상인 경우에는 탈탄처리개시시점∼5분사이의 시점에 1.52∼2.0kg/용강-톤의 Fe-(25∼30% )P를 투입하고, 도착용강중의 산소가 500∼600ppm인 경우에는 탈탄처리개시 5분∼7분사이의 시점에 1.52∼2.0kg/용강-톤의 Fe-(25∼30%)P를 투입하고, 도착용강중의 산소가 400∼500ppm인 경우에는 탈탄처리개시 7분∼9분사이의 시점에 1.52 ∼2.0 kg/용강-톤의 Fe-(25∼30%)P를 투입하고, 도착용강중의 산소가 400ppm이하인 경우에는 탈탄처리개시 9분∼탈산전3분사이의 시점에 1.52∼2.0kg/용강-톤의 Fe-(25∼ 30%)P를 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무방향성 전기강판용 강의 제조방법
